Excellent pool, clean and walking distance to all things.

Short but sweet stay! Kids had a blast in the pool, and the holiday activities were great! We’ll be back!

I notified hotel of late arrival through Hotels.com website, I was supposed to get an email but never received. When we arrived there was no key in th lock box for us. But there was one for another person. We tried contacting the hotel directly but was unsuccessful. I was told I would not get a refund even though I had no way of accessing the property. The hotel stated I should have contacted them with late arrival which I did. I spent an hour on the phone with Hotels.com trying to sort this out (@ .25 per minute and ultimately had to drive to our final desitnation, Sydney, and finally arrived at 5 am. I am very disappointed with both hotel and hotels.com.

The staff were very friendly and offered plenty of advice on things to see in South West Rocks. Our standard room was a little aged and needs some freshening up but functional and comfortable. The park is lovely and the facilities are excellent

Within walking distance to beaches and restaurants and the river. Very clean and quiet.

Great place to stay, great fishing, but bring the mossie spray.

Staff were friendly and engaging even prior to our arrival, during phone call about us maybe being late arrival

Very clean, friendly staff, family friendly activities, great for kids. Hot water in shower went hot/cold every 20 secs or so. Internet included but slow and no steaming on tv but absolutely not needed, plenty to do. Pool with great slide, pedal cars, jumping pillow, games room, short walk to beautiful swimming at creek.

4 nights in 1bedroom cabin, excellent amenity everything you need in kitchen, bathroom & bedroom. Great location near the river reserve & friendly staff. Best part was pet friendly & our deck even had a gate to keep our dog safe while we relaxed. Will definitely recommend & stay again

The cabin was huge! It was bigger than a holiday house. Plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful, modern and clean.
