Ya comenté que nunca me sugirieron un upgrade ta que yo no se cuántas habitaciones tienen libres, y solo habian 3 ocupadas en ese momento lo cual me entere al estar ya ahí, mejor el ballet parking fue el que me sugirio isitas y lugares a donde ir, eso si las instalaciones y el hotel en general muy bien esta hermoso y céntrico

Excelente opción para hospedarse en Comitán, muy buena ubicación, excelente servicio, el hotel está muy bonito, el estacionamiento no está junto al hotel pero tienen valet, buen internet y buena comida en el restaurante, 100% recomendado!

Es un hermoso hotel en el Centro de la Ciudad, ambientado hacia principios del siglo XX, decorado con obras de Remedio Varo. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, el desayuno delicioso, cuenta con un pequeño Gym. Su ubicación es inmejorable, en el corazón de Comitán.

Es un hotel hermoso, te lleva a otra época. Muy limpio y cómodo. Solo cené una noche y estuvo muy bien servido y con muy buen sabor. Excelente precio. Muy cerca de la plaza central de Comitán. Recomendable al 100%

buenos servicios de una casona antigua adaptado para hotel en la actualidad , de repente te sientes en la epoca de la colonia por la ambientacion e imagen del lugar , a unos pasos del corazon de comitan !!!!!!!!

It was a good stay in the hotel, although the fact that there is no parking anywhere close to the hotel makes it a bit inconvenient.

Location just a few blocks to downtown, very friendly and service oriented staff, beautiful and clean. Room was big nice and with perfect beds. Reasonable price so you end with a very good sensation against what you receive.

Hotel in converted 300 hacienda. Huge room with high ceilings and lots of room. Wifi worked great, and TV had many channels. Near the center square with about 10 restaurants and some shops, however if you wanted to walk any where else the streets were VERY steep and narrow, tough with small children and almost impossible with a stroller.

We loved the hotel and the location. The staff was great and service outstanding. We felt very special.

The hotel is nice and spacious. However, the WiFi signal is not strong enough inside the room and the streets/hallways can be noisy since there is no insulation.

Me parece divino el hotel, servicio cálido todo de primera. Las flores que cuelgan en el centro del patio me impresionaron.
