All the staff are very accommodating. Nice rooms and service. Medyo ang tagal nga lang magsarado ng elevator. Overall, we had a good stay. Thanks!

The customer service great and helpful, they just need to smile often to brighten up the customers day since we stayed for 5 days. How about a cheerful good morning and hello or hi. They look sad and frowning all the time. I hope they're happy wth their job 😊

Very nice hotel, maybe I will just suggest to have a breakfast.

We stayed for two nights for only a little over P2,000. The deluxe room was spacious. Comfort room was okay with hot shower, although shower water drains very slowly. This may have enticed mosquitoes to remain in the room. I've seen two to three of them during our stay. But over-all, it was awesome because the staff are okay, the hotel is accessible and very safe.

Aside from poor wifi connection, we booked a ride going to el nido for 1am but the hotel transport arrived at 4am. The front desk mentioned that there was a mistake on their end.

It was my 2nd time to book in this hotel. I was really satisfied on my 1st time. But on my 2nd booking, I was disappointed. The room is infested with mosquitoes. Though it was a strategic location and cheap, I am still expecting for a warm accommodation.

Well, the hotel location is good and the ambiance overall is also good. There's just 1 thing the hotel need to improve or check: the hotel should check that their hot and cold shower is functioning well and see to it that there's no mosquitoes flying inside the room. They should have sprayed the room with anti-mosquitoes. Thanks.

Very accommodating and super attentive ng mga staffs nila. Nagkaron ng leak ung sa ceiling ng bathroom namin at tinawag sa reception for assistance, hindi available yung maintenance nila pero may pumunta na staff at naayos naman. Ok yung rooms nila though alam mong may kalumaan na ung building, still malinis naman sya. I hope mag improve yung interior nila. Definitely will come back here pag bumalik ako ng PPS. Accessible yung place as in, malapit sa mga kainan. Walking distance sa palengke st SM.

Rooms are pleasant and clean. However, the doors are not that sound proofed and I can easily hear noises and voices outside down the hall. Nonetheless, the experience and the staff are awesome. Great value for its price.

We stayed here for 1 night before going to manila. Cleanliness is 👎 We arrived at 2:30 pm but the blanket and bedsheets are still wet.. Bathroom has an ammonia-like odor 👎 No soap and shampoo.. but it has a toothbrush and toothpaste.. less than 10 mins ride going to Airport

Great location in the heart of PPs city. The bad thing is the aircon very noisy cause of they use the old aircon (fan aircon). Also they used double bed linen instead of provide a blanket.
