Another fabulous stay in The Townhouse. Spacious, comfortable and they have thought of everything. The best night’s sleep away from home since the last time I stayed here. David is a great host and makes a superb breakfast. Perfect location for Perth.

Wonderful service with so many unexpected little to hes

Absolutely fabulous stay at the Townhouse. The property is immaculately presented and in a great location overlooking the park and short walk to city centre. We could not have wished for better service from David, truly a wonderful host who had thought of everything for our stay including toys and changing mat for our baby granddaughter who was with us only for the afternoon. Our room was just beautiful, very spacious and elegant with a really comfy bed and lovely bed linen. The attention to detail and additional touches in our room was so welcoming, fresh scones and home made shortbread and a wonderful selection of teas and coffees. David really has thought of everything for his guests. He also cooked us a wonderful breakfast in the morning. We would highly recommend the Townhouse, we will certainly be coming back. Truly 5 star. Thank you so much David!

The most amazing stay, home away from home. David is extremely thoughtful and a great host. We were upgraded to a larger and marvellous room. The breakfast was delicious with best fresh produce. Thank you and we promise to return when in Perth.

My stay was a true delight and a pleasant one. The breakfast is great and customer service exceptional. Close walking distance to city centre and many food places.

The hotel was absolutely first class. I loved the paintings and the decor throughout. The breakfast also, was first class. The lots if extra touches made our stay so special.

I only stayed for one night but wish it could have been longer. Room was beautiful and I loved all the little touches. Highly recommend and would jump at the chance to stay again.

This is a lovely place to stay and the guys were fantastic. Even gave us an insulated water bottle when they heard that ours was damaged. Delicious breakfast and great banter. Highly recommended.

Absolutely stunning room with so many nice touches to it. The host (David) was an absolute pro, made sure we had everything we needed and more - kinda funny too. Possibly the best place I’ve place I’ve stayed overnight. Oh and he makes an excellent breakfast.

As good as lodging and a breakfast can get.

We checked in to The Townhouse in not the best of circumstances -- we had just been involved in a near-accident coming from Balmoral where we were almost hit head-on in a stretch of very narrow road in the Highlands, and my nerves were extremely frayed to say the least. David did his best to put us at ease, which was very difficult indeed for me, and my night was not a restful one because of the damage to our rental vehicle. Breakfast was thoroughly planned-out and delicious, with David cooking away in the small kitchen just off the dining room, which made it feel like we were in someone's private home and not a B&B. I do wish I had been able to enjoy our stay but I was consumed with worry about what had just happened earlier that afternoon on the way to check in. Lovely house and we really do want to come back to have a proper stay next time. David and Laurent were extremely kind and accommodating to our situation and they deserve the highest praise. Hope to see you again on our next visit to Perth.

David was wonderful and welcoming. The room had so much attention to detail. I wish we had more time here. Absolutely lovely place to stay! Highly recommend.

Our host, David, made our stay especially inviting and pleasant. Every detail is covered from extra plugs and chargers in the room to available tea and water and even great local recommendations. Would love to stay here again.

Excellent place to stay in Perth

Super comfortable stay. Beautiful room, house and great location. Perth was a lively city and David was a top host.

Top notch b&b. Lovely big rooms with lots of small treats and more toiletries than you can shake a stick at. Really friendly owners, lovely cooked breakfast. Full marks all round.

Very central for the city , very warm from David at the town house . Beautiful room well equipped and spacious. Some high end touches with quality tea & coffee. Breakfast is also of a high quality local specialty ingredients. Definitely a 10/10 overnight stay . Would also recommend Perth it’s a. Beautiful friendly city
