1）訂的與住宿的房型不同. 2）沖涼水力嚴重不足. 水溫是夠熱、 但出水很小. 當時天氣只有幾度、 沖涼變成受罪 3）拉開梳化床床尾沒夠承托. 必須更換新梳化. 4）廚房水龍頭是沒有水出的. 只能說地理位置很方便、房間佈置精美. 但是硬件必須維修保養.

I can’t stop explaining how wonderful this property is. It is a beautiful and safe place. And you can walk to the restaurant nearby. There are. So many good restaurants there. And it just takes 15-20 minutes to go many historic places. My kids love it too. Thanks for providing us such a wonderful place and memories in Paris

a bit small for 5 people in the room, not enough hot water for everyone in the cold night.

The room were so small which is impossible to fit for 5 adults !! At the end we have to send two people live in another hotels

對於入住瑪萊庭院酒店而言，是一次很好的體驗。這酒店位置接近Arts et Métiers站，步行約5分鐘。這是一間民宿體驗，內有開放式廚房煮食，我們其中有兩晚也在附近momoprix購買材料。這酒店沒有電梯，如有大行李就較吃力。房間面積不算大。wifi很好！環境清靜！附近是瑪黑區，步行範圍內也有數間博物館。入住程序也快速，由於我們約1點到達，感謝接待給我們提早入住。退房也方便。退房當日有一小插曲，由於我們約早上8時離開，接待處未開，只需把門匙放入一祕密位置交還就可，其後就準備離開，誰知原來離開大閘門是關上，我們又把門匙交回了，晨早接待處未開，我們又趕飛機，那刻被嚇破了。在這危急的時候，發現距離大閘門約2米有一暗制開門，那刻才放下心頭大石！整體而言，推薦入住。

it is really small but has everything for a short to medium trip.

隣近地鐵站，但設備比較陳舊，不清潔，住宿一星期也沒有人收拾房間，所以需向酒店經理要求補充用品，但接待處不是24小時服務，沒有空調及電梯設備，攜帶大型行李箱成大問題。

周遭環境算是安全方便，房內算是乾淨，但設備有些故障，三人房來說還是太小(等同付了三人的價格住兩人房)，被單有點潮濕味，應該再加強整理

整體上都很好，但房間與房間距離太近只是有一晚鄰居在清晨時分一度大聲説話，平時亦清靜。另外，瑪萊庭院酒店內每棟房屋都沒有升降機，若要搬大型行李的旅客可能要勞煩酒店職員幫忙。他們都很熱心，在我退房時説需要坐的士，他還幫我電召的士。酒店亦提供行李寄存服務，若旅客還未到時間出發至機場，退房時可先把行李寄存，到離開時才取回。

環境清幽，有家的感覺的民宿。如果想感受巴黎人的生活，這酒店是不錯的選擇。可惜沒有空氣調節，但雖如此，夏天晚上亦十分涼快。老婆投訴毛巾不太乾淨，亦有小昆蟲飛入屋內。

Wrong latest check-in time information provided by expedia.com We had a flight delay so we could not catch up the latest check-in time and there were no staff to help. I needed to ask a couples of people around the area to in order to contact with the staff for the room key.

The property doesn’t have a lift and my parents suffered a lot with the suitcases. There is no one that can help and the parking of the taxis was very complicated

Die zimmer sind sehr alt und überall abgenutzt. Die Wände sind dünner als Papier man hört wirklich alles. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und kaum Platz sich zu drehen. Bett ist unbequem und klein für 2 erwachesene Personen

Terrible. Went inside snd we couldnt find anybody to help us . This was like an old apartments setting not a hotel. As we walked through the gates we found a very unfriendly lady that wasnt willing to help when we were asking her questions and didnt speak english. We called the property several times and couldnt find anybody. Terrible experience. Dont book this place. We left and booked another hotel. We didnt care about losing around $600+ on this horrible experience.

Great location and nothing else. Overpriced, old, dirty. Can’t believe they’re allowed to lie about condition of the property with old pictures.

This place was as described and what we were looking for.

Place is tiny but really well laid out and right in the heart of a neighbourhood full of cafes and Paris's Chinatown restaurants.

The pictures online are not accurate. The bathroom is a death trap, shower area is a joke, you have to open the shower door to turn your body. Broken tiles, rust everywhere. Disgusting carpet in hallways. Bedroom area has one bed, horrible mattress and one small pull out sofa which is supposed to be big enough for two people (maybe 2 small children) The area is very central but extremely overpriced for quality of room.
