維也納是中心，搭輕軌走路近市區都方便，房間布置得很用心，乾淨舒是每日也有櫃檯人員有問題都可以隨時提問，可以隨時以email連絡回復都很快速，廚房用具等都很乾淨新穎，住到捨不得離開。 Great location in Vienna City Center, staff are helpful and super friendly. This is not a hotel, but this service apartment also have front desk staff there to help. Room is very cozy with lots of detail decorations in room. Kitchen facility and washing machine are clean and nice too! Wish we could have more days to stay.

我住宿的是一房復式公寓，整體設計新穎、整潔和舒適。公寓內設備齊全，餐具和咖啡機都有設置，早、睌餐煮食十分方便。而且位置非常好，散步去parliament 數分鐘，到霍夫堡大約16分鐘便可到達，經email 詢問一些事情，回覆效率很快，下次一定會再入住。

The apartment is excellent and for the price it definitely has a wow-factor. The staff is very nice too. Location is close enough to the city centre, though it's still a 25-30 min walk (the subway will take u maybe 15-20mins) - not so bad as we treated the walking as our daily exercise and not to feel guilty after eating all those goulash and schnitzels.

这家公寓整体装修十分现代，干净整洁入住顶层3室公寓有个大露台，能看到外面城市风景，唯一的遗憾是当初预定时有两种房型，但看不出有何区别，本想定露台能看到双塔教堂的房型，但还是定错了

great location with excellent equipment! walk in the door i looked at 5 doors and stairs... whom are 2 bedrooms with king size bed. toilet, hot tubs and a small room with laundry machine. on the stairs there are living room, dinning room, kitchen and 2 balcony! in the kitchen, you will find anything you need to cook, well equipped.

It is a very good experience to stay in here. The apartment is tidy and clean. There is a heater under the bathroom floor. It is a detail minded design. The staffs are really helpful when you have questions. They are willing to help with a simile. Underground and supermarket are nearby. What an amazing trip in here.

The glasses were dirty, the electricity in the room didn’t work. I appreciate you offered to fix it but we were there for 2-days and spending hours with some of your maintenance men as going to take away from our time to enjoy the city.

This is the perfect home away from home in Vienna. Spacious and spotlessly clean, just off the ring. Loved it.

We loved here so much we’ve stayed twice. Spacious and spotlessly clean apartments in a grand building just off the ring. Walking distance to museums and the palace. Everything you need in the kitchen plus a much appreciated washing machine. Stay here to feel like you live in Vienna.

Wonderful two story apartment with beautiful views of Vienna/Votivkirsche! Would definitely recommend this to anyone!

This property is beautiful, it looks exactly as it appears on pictures. They quickly answer all our questions. The only thing I could recommend is adding a pan in the kitchen.

This was an excellent apartment. Easy check in. The apartment was very spacious and equipped with everything you could need. Very airy and full of light. The location near the Votive Church is a beautiful and safe area with an easy 25 minute walk into the city centre. A “hop oh hop off on” tour bus stop is 5 minutes walk away in front of the Votive Church. There are plenty of eating options within a few minutes walk including a number of kebab shops and Chinese take aways. There is a reasonably sized Billa supermarket a few minutes walk away. We’d definitely stay here again.

Cannot recommend enough. Check in/ out was a breeze and the staff were extremely helpful. The location is perfect to walk anywhere in the city and near public transport. I would book this apartment for a week just to stay inside it all week, it is that good!!! Great place for a group of people.

The location was amazing being so close to the Votic Church as well as Inner City. Loved the top floor views and space we had.

The place is great and the apartment is nice but we have had all the following problems : @ the air conditioning system is very noisy. We are obliged to turn it off in the living room and the bedroom. As a consequence the high temperature prevent us to sleep well. We informed the team immediately but nothing was done. @ the key cards was desactivated when we came back to the apartment at night. When we phoned to team, the phone call stopped automaticaly before I can speak to someone. It was a source of stress until I succeeded to reach someone. @ during one night (at 01h20 AM) we heard a big beep every 30 seconds in the living room. It was the smoke detector. I had to climb on a chair to take it down and to remove the battery.
