Great hotel and service! The location is very convenient

This is an apartment run by a real estate company who has an office just 3 blocks away. Apartment itself is nice but the majority worth of the money may only goes to the perfect location and the cleanliness inside the apartment. Pros : location is close to many main city attractions - Casa Mila is just 5 mins walk away ! The apartment is clean and facilities are new. Cons : the contact telephone number listed on Hotels.com is wrong. Google and you will find the correct contact number +34 935181263. The phone number is very important as you need to call them in the airport before you arrive the apartment as they will need to send someone to give you the key and complete the registration process on site. We have to Google the phone number and call them and then wait for 30mins outside the apartment's front door in order to have someone registering us and pass us the key, not to mention it was raining when we arrived so we were basically waiting in the rain under the small corridor outside the apartment. This is not something we are expecting by paying over US$150 a night. Did I mention shower is not working and WiFi are not working, too ...... ?

Top location, safe area. The apartment had everything we needed plus a washer which was great.

청결도가 아쉬워요 벌레도 나왔었고, 침대이불은 끝이 다 헤져있었고.. 샤워기필터 누래집니다ㅜ 청결도만 감수한다면 좋은 숙소입니다 Diagonal역 바로앞이라 어디 가기 편하고, 치안도 좋아요 까사밀라, 바트요는 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다.

Super bel endroit bien situé! Excellent service, très sympathique et accueillant. Par contre l’appartement manque un peu d’amour, plusieurs choses sont brisées: tiroirs de cuisine, robinet de salle de bain

Perfect location, off Diagonal L3 stop. Beautiful building and the balcony has some of the best views of Barcelona. Communication wasn’t great - we messaged a couple of times and never heard back, and was surprised to find that the kitchen didn’t have many essentials (coffee pods for the espresso machine, salt and pepper etc). Some of the cook ware could use replacement (eg the very worn out plastic cutting boards). All in all, would stay here again and just come with some of the missing items.

É um ótimo espaço para 4 pessoas. O apartamento é bem limpo e confortável. As janelas da sala e quartos possuem cortinas black out automatizadas. A cozinha é bem equipada, com utensílios e máquina lava e seca. Apesar do box pequeno, o chuveiro é ótimo. Todo o processo de hospedagem foi simples e digital. Pudemos deixar as malas antes do check in enquanto preparavam o apartamento.

The property has a very Good location, but needs maintanance. TV did not work, door of one bathroom broken… i don’t think Apartments should be advertised as hotels or apart hotels. I was expecting something different.

Amazing view from the balcony. Perfect location near to main sites. I will recommend this apartment to anyone that visits Barcelona.

The location and view are amazing. The apartment was nice and liked that it had an elevator and AC.

The property did not look like the actual apartment listed. It was smaller w/o a balcony, but that was not the problem. First of all, it was not easy finding which apartment was ours as there is no one working on the weekends. Called and got a hold of a woman who did not know how the keys listed with the number worked. She thought the number was the floor and it was actually the apartment number. But luckily I was able to get a hold of Victor who straightened it out and we were able to get inside the apartment. As far as amenities go, it was a disaster. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the apartment when we checked in for four adults and 4days. I asked for a few more rolls which I was told would be delivered in the morning but they were not. We had to go find some on our own and in that neighborhood there are really no markets. It’s very high end so we ended up having to buy tissue paper. The TV never turned on so we did not have that and the safe in the closet did not work either so we could not lock up our valuables and had to hide them. There wasn’t any housekeeping services even for a four day stay so we had the same towels as well with no wash cloths. I tried calling and sending a few emails but they did not answer the phone and did not reply to my emails after the initial one regarding toilet paper. There was an older man as a doorman but we only saw him one time and was of no help. Very Disappointed! Great area but would not stay at Bonavista again.

Excellent location for the Barcelona vibe. Our hosts, Viktor and Pablo were always available and made our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend if you are traveling with your wife and two teenage girls!
