Great location, spacious room, friendly & attentive staff. The piano bar at night is a blast. I’ve been staying here for 29 years and will definitely return

The room were old but very clean. Staff very nice

Equipe atenciosa e relativamente preparada para receber brasileiros. Porém a estrutura possui alguns problemas: as janelas do quarto não fechavam, ficando o ambiente muito claro durante a noite. A cama não é muito confortável e, ao chegar, não havia sabonete ou shampoo no quarto (não solicitei, pois tinha na bagagem, não sei como seria se solicitasse).

Ótima localização

Das Hotel ist schon älter und hat einen deutlichen Renovierungsstau. Das Personal war durchgehend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war für mich hervorragend, denn ich konnte alles zu Fuß erreichen

Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The area itself is not good. Very old hotel in dire need of an update (avocado green wallpaper), the bar less than a block away and traffic from the street were very noisy. WiFi is inconsistent. Whole area felt very unsafe. Lots of homeless people nearby.

Un buen hotel

There is a great bar "Don Rodrigo" in the premises and at short distance of the barrio Lastarria that offer many great options for dining and drinking

The host was excellent and very helpful. I had a late check in at 11pm and an early check out at 5am but he was very good about it. I left too early for breakfast and they dont do a boxed breakfast. Their was no communication before arrival although I sent a few messages. The room I had was very basic, the bedroom facing the street so traffic and noise from people leaving bars is quite loud.

Perfectly located. All staff very friendly and ultra helpful. Lovely top floor restaurant with views over park. Great evening meals,very reasonably priced. Lovely evening bar with live music but not Sundays. Suggest wine bar Boca Nariz with a massive interesting range of quality wines, fairly reasonably priced. We are going back to stay at least twice in the near future.

Ficamos hospedados no hotel em 2 momentos de nossa viagem. No primeiro nos colocaram no segundo andar, nos sabiamos que o hotel era antigo, mas nos colocaram em quarto velho, com paredes quebradas e muito mal conservado. Na segunda vez ficamos no quinto andar, o quarto era bem mais conservado e nos atendeu bem. Wi-fi péssimo, praticamente não funcionou o que é inadimissível atualmente. Café da manhã razoável. Ponto positivo, localização.

Bien ubicado y cómodo

Esteja preparado para uma experiência diferente … o hotel e principalmente o quarto é bem rústico, o anfitrião conservou carpetes, decoração, móveis de uns 20 anos atrás. Cumpriu o papel que buscávamos, apenas para dormir uma noite, a cama confortável, banheiro com chuveiro bom e quente. O estacionamento fica bem distante da entrada do hotel. O café da manhã é servido por pessoa, incluindo fatias de pão, frios e ovos mexidos, pelo valor que pagamos consideramos “ok”.
