Check-in time is from 15:00, but the public bath is open from17:00.

Tiny room and limited space. Not close to JR station, need 10 minutes walk from the station. Not that convenient for Business Trip

I chose this hotel because of the location and that it had a breakfast. Nine of us stayed here and two of them had problems with the rooms. Two of them had problems with the air conditioning not working and one room was a smoking room, not a non-smoking room as requested. They were able to change their rooms so that worked out well. The staff was very helpful but did not speak much English. The extra amenities were fun.

駅から少し遠く、周辺に飲食店が少ない印象でした。 宿泊は問題ないです。 車の場合は駐車料金500円が別でかかります。

女性用の大浴場が無いのが残念です。

受付の対応が時間によって愛想よかったり、ぶっきらぼうだったりした。無料朝食や飲み物サービスはよかった。

虫の足が部屋に落ちていたり、たまたまだろうが、隣の部屋などがうるさかった。 また、テレビや電気のリモコンの電池が切れておりつけれなかった。

駅から近く,23時までは飲み物のサービスがあった. 大浴場も24時までオープンしてiた.

フロントが女性だったので 安心して宿泊できました。 ひとりで泊まるだけなら 十分な設備と清潔感で良かったです。

一人旅だし気軽に滞在できる環境でした。 朝食が品数、ボリュームがあり満足でした。

徳山駅に、近くて良い。

忘年会後に利用しました。快適に過ごせました。
