Very nice and clean hotel with good service. The staff are really friendly and always enthusiastically assist to resolve clients' inquiries as well. Food and drink here are also worth to have.

Terrrible check in process. We waited an hour for the second room which was unavailable due to late checkout which suggests poor management. Towels extremely poor quality and almost tinted brown in colour. Fresh towels felt damp and limp. Staff were seen handwahing and towel drying cups and mugs at the bar during breakfast service which was appaling. Very poor hygeine. No invoices provided for purchases at the handicraft store at the lobby. The staff were excellent and worked extra hard to compensate for the inadequcies and poor management. This experience haas seriously dented our confidence in the Marriott brand. Avoid if you can find comparable alternatives/local brands.

Staff good, room average, centrally located, breakfast good

I have had the worst experience of my life in this room. Hallway was full of smell. Once in the room, i couldn't breathe bcoz of Mold. Told front desk & changed my room but second room had a same problem. No source of cross ventilation. Spoke to few people in the elevator & they told me the same thing. Brough manager up to my floor & he agreed. Management promised me to fix this issue. Dont know what to say as i was there for one night only

Check-in process was smooth, Harpreet Kaur at reception welcomed and greets with politeness , breakfast buffet was amazing

I liked the hospitality of the staff. They were very helpful and great . I would like to call the name of Jenny and Aarti/Asha who served us the dinner and breakfast during our stay. They were very helpful and pleasant Property condition is not upto the mark to say it is 4 star hotel . Linen were just okayish . Also bathroom condition was not that great . This property needs renovation to call it as 4 star hotel . Overall Good Stay

Rooms showing in the pictures are different than the actual one , we were 3 adults and had to ask for a seperate bed , while in pictures showed and written was 1 single bed and and 1 queen bed

The hotel rooms are dire need of renovation. The condition is worse than our last stay.

Wasn’t a huge fan that the staff used a cell phone to take pictures of our passports. Room was pretty outdated and rough looking. Housekeeping staff and restaurant staff were great.
