There was a choice of a salty breakfast including eggs, cheese, ham & bacon. This option also csme with a smoothie, tea or coffee & a sluce of madeira cake. There's also a sweet ption: 2 warm croissants, greek yoghurt with blueberries smoothie tea or coffee. It was a very good breakfast. The staff were super helpful.

Convenient location that is walkable to old town, bars, shopping, and a huge public parking lot. Clean room, wifi worked great, breakfast was wonderful, front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Quiet at night with some staff noise outside our window in the morning. Beautiful yellow building and breakfast room. I’d stay here again and recommend to others.

Central location, plenty of parking nearby, extremely small room, feels like a hostel

Staff was accommodating in letting us drop off our bags early and even after we checked out. They also gave us a ton of recommendations for meals and activities in town. Breakfast was delicious and the decor is colorful and cozy.

My stay was brief but pleasurable. My room was decorated adorably, the rooftop patio and kitchen area were very nice and cozy. My check in was seamless and the reception staff was extremely helpfull. I highly recommend this sweet place for other travelers. The location was very central and so easy to navigate on foot.

The Sunlight staff were so helpful and communicated quickly every time I had a query. The room was small but clean and all we needed for a one night stay right by Faro old town. It was noisy as rooms close together so could hear neighbour snoring but a great stop off point en route to explore the Algarve.

Fint og rent værelse. Godt personale. Men stedet er ikke så isoleret så man kan høre når folk går på gangene og lukker dørene osv.

We had an early departure and our breakfast was delivered to our room in the early morning. Very nice touch!

We stayed here only one night, before we flew out the next day but I would totally stay here again next time we’re in Faro. Sunlight house is incredibly well located, near everything (shops, sights, restaurants, etc), very clean and safe and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. We had to leave very early the next morning and missed the breakfast but they actually left breakfast in a bag for us at our door to eat at the airport! How nice is that? 👍

We. Loved our stay at this charming Bed and Breakfast. Super friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location to explore from. You can walk everywhere from here incl. the market. Breakfast was made with love and we appreciated all the different options incl. Vegan (we did not order Vegan but love that it was offered). The other thing that we really appreciated is the focus on sustainability and the community outreach. This little business is a gem with a heart. We can’t recommend this highly enough. Thank you for a great stay!

It was nice place very local to all the attractions.

The welcome was excellent, the room was very clean and comfortable, everything we needed for our visit was there. Breakfast was very good. We would definitely visit again
