Nice view of the room, we are stay at rm 34. The room is so close to HMS worrior. The shower is excellent, maybe next time i will attemp the rooms provide the bathroom.

All staff were friendly. Car parking was a bonus. Loved the breakfast and the view from the comfortable room. Would stay again. Almost right by main dockyard gate and a few minutes to the station and Gunwharf.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to other people. Very handy for the IW ferry

We had a lovely break at this hotel. It is in an excellent location close to the historic docks and many restaurants. The tower is also local and well worth going up. The staff are amazing. Jeremy clearly works so hard and made every effort to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfasts were fab too and as a coeliac needing gluten free it was an extra special treat as they have GF cereals as well as part cooked breakfast and kippers too.

Great location - perfect stay especially for the historic dockyard

Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful. It was lovely to have a view of the harbour and HMS Warrior. Good value when you consider breakfast and free parking was included. Very close to Historic Dockyard, Gunwharf Quays, and Portsmouth Harbour station.

We were given great room facing the harbor - breakfast was perfect and staff fabulous.

Staff attentive, helpful and friendly. Arrived early, allowed to park and allocated an upgraded room. Delicious, plentiful breakfast. Room cleanand cosy.

Clean, charming,sweet staff.

Great location overlooking the Hard, our room had a view of The Warrior ship and we could watch all the comings and going’s on the harbour. Walking distance to Gun Wharf Quays and about 15 mins to the Old Town. Great breakfast and lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for us. On site parking which is the icing on the cake .

The hotel was fine. However, it really isn’t boutique, there was nothing that really met the definition of a boutique hotel. It was simply an okay hotel in a great area.

Thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful when I had any questions. The hotel itself is in a great location for Gunwharf Quays and the Historic Dockyard.
