全海景房，職員主動有禮，浴場有主館及別館各有特色。

我住的是山境,沒陽台亦沒浴缸 Receptionist 基本上完全不懂英文, 溝通困難.

煙火節真漂亮，也沒有很多人，值得推薦再一次去觀賞

No regret staying at excellency floor although the room rate is on the high side. Excellent view anmd spacious room and it comes with private onsen for 45 minutes! The hotel public onsen is also exceptional. Just make sure you would spend enough time in the hotel to enjoy all the onsen and spa facilities, otherwise it would be a waste of money. The food quality is good and the service is good. Just that we don’t speak Japanese and sometimes feel lost in translation and Jane some awkward moment. They do try their best to explain.Overall, it is more like a local luxury wellness retreat than an international hotel. Would be good to have a google translate in hand.

Their chck out time is 10am. I asked for one hour extension, they want to charge extra. Only one bottle of water a day. And the hotel is old. The room is not spacious, and the view is bad. I do not expect a resort hotel like this. Perhaps it is just too old.

お土産店は豊富だが、コンビニ的な買い物は館内ではできない。 コンビニ的朝食で済ませたい方は買ってからチェックインをお勧め。 コンビニは歩いて10分ほど掛かるそう。

海の幸を期待して行きました。 でも、刺身は、マグロ・イカ・鯵のたたきしかありませんでした。 マグロは、筋ばっていましたので ちょっと残念でした。

今回はお誕生日のサプライズでケーキを注文していたら、フロントに連絡したら直ぐにお部屋に届けてくれました。とても良い思い出になりました。

Very clean room; friendly staff - English is a challenge

駅からの送迎バス、チェックイン前からの日帰り温泉とその眺めは想像以上。バルコニーからは思いがけず朝日も見られました。クラフトビールも飲み放題で楽しめ、ご飯はどれも美味しかったです。スタッフのみなさまもとても親切でしたぁ。また是非滞在したいです。

Language can be a bit of a problem but the hotel and spa are really great. The spa is clean, the sauna rooms in the spa area are great. The hotel has upper floors that include time in the private hot tub if you are not ready for the public hot tubs yet. Views of the harbor are really nice.

The rooms at Excellency Floors are spacious with magnificent ocean views and kaiseki dinner & buffet breakfast which included are beyond my expectations. All the onsens i tried during my stay especially the ones in the private rooms are like a retreat experience that can cleanse the mind, body and soul. Highly recommended for couples & family trips.

スパではゆっくりできたが小さい子供がいると入れる所が限られてしまう。施設はキレイにされていてとても良かったです！

Overall they represent the highest level of excellence. The only thing for me was loud air conditioning vent which i couldn’t stop as the property custodians didn’t care to translate the instruction to English. Too bad, I could have sleep entire night instead of half.

The room was big and ok! The staff very friendly and helpful! The buffets was a little bit simple. Many drinks with beer, wine, gin, whisky and more available. Unfortunately the wines was very bad. The rest of the drinks very good. The view to the beach beautiful, with an amazing sunrise! Onsen and sauna clean and very comfortable.
