Great stay at Gardenvilla. The staff was extraordinary, breakfast was amazing and the location was stunning!

Eigentlich wollten wir ein paar Strandtage während unserer Rundreise einlegen, doch das Wetter spielte leider nicht mit. Das hat allerdings nichts mit Hotel zutun. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und bezogen unser Zimmer. Einfach eingerichtet, wir brauchen kein Luxus, aber sauber muß es sein und das war es. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit herrlichen Aussicht auf das Meer. Morgens bekamen wir ein leckeres Frühstück serviert, am Abend konnte man dann BBQ machen mit Meeresfrüchten, Gemüse und Fleisch. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Außenpool mit Ausblick auf das Meer, aber der Hammer waren die heißen Außenbäder mit 48° C und fantastischem Ausblick. Hier konnten wir und nach langen Wanderung ausgiebig erholen. Das Personal war sehr, sehr nett und hat uns kostenlos in die Stadt gefahren.

Up a steep drive to a welcome that every traveller looks forward to. Warm, honest in a beautiful house with views over the sea to die for. This family hotel treats you like a member of the family and is there when needed but leaves you to enjoy your holiday. We even were given a lift to a local restaurant for our evening meal. We felt totally relaxed and booked an extra night it was so good. We were sad to say goodbye even though our stay had only been two days. We would definitely come back and strongly recommend this hotel

Lovely hotel run by a friendly couple. Our room had a fantastic view of the sea. Even better than what was advertised online. Homely and very welcoming

素晴らしい立地と雰囲気。露天風呂も最高で、スタッフの皆さんのもてなしもとても気持ちが良かった。確実にまた行きたいホテルです

すべてに適度なバランスのいいこじんまりとしたリゾートホテルです。高台にあるのでちょっと遠目ですが、海が一望できます。

新しくはないですが、ゆったりくつろげました。 ラウンジに雑誌やゲームがあり、暇つぶしできます。 貸切露天風呂も、オーシャンビューで、ゆっくり入れます。 下田はなかなかアクセスしにくいですが、また利用したいと思います。

高台で景色最高なのに、白浜にも歩いて行ける。貸し切り露天風呂は気持ちがいいです。何より、オーナー家族が非常によい人たちでした。友達に話したらさっそく、一緒に行きたいねと盛り上がっています。

The owners and staff couldn't be nicer. Hotel is outside Shimoda but hotel offers free transfers from and to station. Situation overlooking the sea is superb with outside onset and (in summer) swimming pool. Oh, and the food is out of this world so don't forget to book for breakfast and dinner.

The staff is extremely friendly helpful & speak an excellent English. They picked me up from the train station & helped me with information about hiking trails, even drove me to the beginning of the trail. The bath with view on the sea is really a treat. I will recommend this hotel to anyone that looks for a peaceful holidays with excellent & friendly service & a stunning view.

受付の方の対応が素敵でした。懇切丁寧な案内でした。 到着日はあいにくの悪天候でしたが、貸し切りの露天風呂は楽しいものでした。

しゃれた雰囲気のペンションです。温泉ではありませんが，貸し切りの露天風呂もあります。私が訪れたときは，天候があまりよくありませんでしたが，海が見下ろせる部屋の雰囲気も最高でした。コストパフォーマンスがとてもよい宿だと思います。
