For the price, it 's too steep a stay. Room was very minimal. All in one toilet where the shower is right in front of the toilet bowl and sink. Toiletries and etc almost non existence. Pretty noisy at night especially when it rained. Would not stay here again for the price.

Staf hotel yang ramah dan responsif.

Hotelnya nyaman, spacious dan bersih. Disediakan handuk bersih dan air mineral. Sayangnya pas ke sana pas ada perbaikan jalan, yang harusnya dari JB Sentral turun jembatan penyebrangan bisa langsung sampe hotel, jadi muter-muter lewat belakang bangunan lain.

Hotelnya deket banget ke jb sentral tinggal jalan kaki aja. Untuk resepsionis nya ramah, yang buat minus wifi nya lelet banget:(selebihnya oke.

Nice and clean, the staff are helpful, close to local restaurant and mini market, around 10 minutes walk to jb central, recommended for this hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable but door can't be locked from inside.

Plus: Di bawah jembatan buat ke JB Sentral, jalan kurang lebih 5-10 menit. AC dingin. Kamar lumayan luas. Samping hotel ada jual nasi. Petugas resepsionis nya yang agak India gemuk itu ramah banget. Air hangat juga oke. Boleh check out di jam 12an. Minus: wifi lemot parah. Jalan mau ke jembatan di atas itu sedang ada perbaikan jadi harus lewat celah kecil.

My second time staying in this hotel. This is a room size nice for family for a 1 or 2 nights stay. I did a 1 night and it was comfortable. A little hot to walk from City Square and checkpoint although there is a sheltered bridge walkway but it was quite alright.

The hotel was very near to Singapore customs, but the bad thing about the hotel was the noise level. Can hear the traffic noise.

Hotel dekat dengan JB Sentral. Recommended untuk family. Saya hanya menginap untuk nyebrang ke SG. Hotel nyaman. Next bisa dateng kembali.

Random noises at 7 am, bed and pillow felt clean. Price was about S$49.58 per night for double single beds. I wish there were more options for single guests. Not the worst experience but I guess it's worth for its price. The female receptionist staffs were very helpful, friendly and nice.

Hotel was clean and good for short stay although some sewage smell while using the toilet. Quite troublesome to reach the hotel as direct road to the hotel is closed for maintenance, had to take a small detour.

Hotel was clean and well managed. Staff are very helpful. The smart TV feature is really good. Highly recommended for this area.
