Very well maintained property and helpful staff. Gold floor was fantastic 👌 nice happy hour including wine and spirits between 5 to 7pm

Suite is very nice but furniture could be more useful and updated. Bed super comfortable. Access to the Gold Lounge is very nice and helpful. View of the town and Bosphorus were amazing. Breakfast was very extensive. Staff in the Gold Lounge especially Ares were engaging and fun to talk with.

Öncelikle balayı çifti olarak konaklayacağımızı ve mümkün olan en yüksek katta kalmak istediğimizi rezervasyon notunda belirtmiştik. Bu ricamızın dikkate alınarak 31. katta ağırlanmak bizi çok mutlu etti. Zaten uzun zamandır merak ettiğimiz ve deneyimlemek istediğimiz bir oteldi; konaklamamızdan beklentimizin çok üzerinde memnun kaldık. Tekrar konaklamak için şimdiden sabırsızlanıyoruz. Otelin temizliği ve hijyen seviyesi gerçekten kusursuzdu. Odada ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her detay düşünülmüş ve eksiksiz şekilde hazırlanmıştı. Balayı çifti olduğumuz için gönderilen kutlama pastası da bizi ayrıca çok mutlu etti, bu nazik jest için teşekkür ederiz. Konum açısından da son derece merkezi ve ulaşım açısından oldukça avantajlı bir noktada bulunuyor. Ayrıca balayı misafiri olduğumuz için tarafımıza bir saat geç çıkış hakkı tanınması da çok ince düşünülmüş bir detaydı. En çok etkilendiğimiz noktalardan biri ise personellerin yaklaşımı oldu. Son derece güler yüzlü, yardımsever, çözüm odaklı ve işini severek yapan bir ekibe sahipler. Kendimizi gerçekten özel ve değerli hissettik. Bizim için unutulmaz, muhteşem bir deneyimdi. Emeği geçen tüm ekibe teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle herkesin hayatında en az bir kez deneyimlemesi gereken bir otel.

Das Fairmont Quasar Hotel war das Beste an unserem Istanbul-Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der sehr gute und freundliche Service des Hotels und die exzellente Leistung des Reinigungspersonals. So sauber, dass wir uns wirklich wohlgefühlt haben. Auch alle Bereiche außerhalb des Zimmers. Wir bekamen Geburtstagsgrüsse in das Zimmer und grundsätzlich war das Zimmer geschmackvoll und nützlich eingerichtet, aber auch sehr groß. Der SPA-Bereich hat uns durch die verregneten Stunden in Istanbul die Zeit versüßt. Leider konnten wir den tollen Aussenpool nicht nutzen (wegen des Wetters), aber auch der sah sehr ansprechend aus mit fantastischem Blick über die Stadt. Last but not least, das Frühstück bietet eine grosse Auswahl an qualitativ hochwertigen Speisen und zusätzlich Gerichte a la Carte. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Vielen Dank an das Fairmont Quasar für unsere schöne Zeit in Istanbul!

Staff is great got late check out and helped all time, gym is ultra clean and neat, pool , sauna and spa are 5 star, specialty coffee is close envai coffee 10 min walk. A repeat hotel
