Excellent hôtel, service, propreté et restauration impeccable !! La cerise sur le gâteau, le calme pour bien se reposer et se ressourcer.

Fun hotel. Friendly staff. Good vibes. Nice pool area with table tennis. Amazing beach area with beach volleyball. Food is amazing, staff helped us with booking dinner. Mr. Farhat offered me a shower after check out. The staff was willing to «go the extra mile». I can highly recommend this hotel.

A estrutura do hotel é boa, localizacao tambem, os funcionarios no geral sao bem simpaticos e educados, porem no ultimo dia de hospedagem ( checkout as 12h), o pessoal da limpeza simplesmente entrou no quarto az 8h da manha, sem bater na porta e perguntou que horas a gente ia embora, bastante hostil e inadequada a postura. Alem disso o hotel peca na limpeza, quarto com cheiro insuportavel de mofo, quase morri de alergia, nao consegui dormi nenhuma noite por esse problema. A comida é mediana, destaque positivo para a sessao de folheados feitos na hora, e muito gostosos. A bebida é pessima, so da pra aproveitar a agua e a agua com gas, nao tomo refrigerantes entao nao sei falar a respeito, mas os vinhos, os drinks e a cerveja sao intomaveis, pessimos. No geral o hotel tem muito o que melhorar. O espaco de laser bem mediano tambem, a sauna cobrado um valor alto, enfim comparando com os concorrentes que frequentamos saiu devendo bastante.

Logés dans une suite junior de 100 m2 Inutile de dire que nous etions a l'aise. Le bemol reste les balustrades des balcons defraichies et la vue sans intérêt devant l entree du spa Concernant ce sejour beaucoup d items positifs separement mais la fusion de tout cela reste bien plus Il manque une ame dans toutes ces bonnes choses. Plage de sable blanc magnifique mais transats defraichis Personnel avec tenue impeccable et bonne facture mais sourire sur commande Bienveillance et amabilité du personnel de la reception dans un decor archi moche Les viennoisiries et pizza il faut absolument payer un stage au pizzaioli et lui apprendre a cuire ses pizzas plutôt que de faire des singeries a faire envoler sa pate. Le restaurant flamengo plus de 40 min d attente pour un plat malgré un surcroit de serveurs Ca ne suit pas du tout en cuisine A part cela tout est ok Merci de prendre mes remarques pour des pistes d améliorations

Property is a bit dated and the buffet is easily overwhelmed. They quickly run out of cups and the coffee service is slow.

Poor hotel for the price. Certainly not a five star hotel. Gloomy, sunless room, despite being offered and priced as a sea-view room. Better value elsewhere.

2 kleine Bemerkungen: 1. Im Zimmer war die Lautstärke der Disco am Abend etwas unanangenehm. Bei Buchung sollte darauf hingewiesen werden. 2. Die Anzahl von etwas aufdringlichen Katzen am Pool war etwas gross

Hôtel exceptionnel de part son emplacement en bord de mer, ses piscines et ses services de haut standing ! Les buffets des restaurants sont magnifiques avec un choix tellement gigantesque qu"il faudrait 1 mois pour tout goûter. Je recommande cet hôtel reservé aux adultes !

This was one of the best hotel we have enjoyed our stay w excellent, courteous n helpful staff. Very nice ocean front facility. We would love to come back n enjoy this place.

Very chilled holiday. Loved all the activities in the hotel, yoga Pilates & belly dancing to name a few. Food was a bit samey every day. Would have been nice to have theme nights as other hotels do. Plenty of sun beds available. Loved hanging out with all the kitty cats

I stayed in a superior room for 6 days and went to a different room for 1 night! I Wassmer impressed by the one night room! 264 was at the end of the corridor, so very loud and a lot of passage! The superior room was so good. ( clean and the staff was very lovely)

I am in love with this hotel, everything was great,. the only thing I want to mention is that would be great from he stuff to tell people about the services available for each client regarding his own reservation, this way every body know well his rights and free services in the hotel

Friendly and well trained staff, great beach, good food. This was probably my 4th visit.
