It's an excellent hotel with good value. The best Ibis hotel I have statyed. The location is great and safe. Rooms are new and well-designed with styles. Services are very good. They change room quickly when there's something wrong with the air conditioner. All staff are very friendly and helpful. I would stay in this hotel again when I come to Lima next time.

Great place to stay. Right next to the express bus line, walking distance to everywhere in Miraflores and Barranco. Lots of nearby restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Comfortable and clean.

We booked 3 rooms as a transit stopover. Checkin was bedlam as a Latam flight has been cancelled and the passengers were put up here tonight. Checkin staff tried their best to expedite checkin but it did take a while. Rooms clean and small as expected.

Newish, spacious building in a modern style. Nice rooms. Comfortable beds. Beautiful AC unit. But weak shower. No funny smells. No bugs. Staff were super unwelcoming towards me for absolutely no reason. To the point where they would not answer my calls AND made zero attempt to locate or keep me informed during a blackout. But they did leave 3 old cookies and a note outside my door later, in exchange. It was only smiles and "Bienvenido" to other guests who didn't look like me. Clearly some discrimination at this hotel specifically. This was my 5th hotel in Miraflores, so I know most hotels don't behave like this. Saving a few dollars per night was not worth this disrespect. Can't recommend. Will never return.
