The house keeping and guest relation dept is very nice and helpful, overall are very good, the 24hrs food and drinks and swimming and recreational games are awesome! Just a small confusion on the check out time and believed management will handle better in future.

Staff were excellent and very helpful. Heaps to do for adults and kids, only down side was the pillows need an update

Bewertung: Das Hotel war wie eine riesige Massenanlage mit rund 3000 Gästen. Ganz egal, was man gegessen hat – das Essen hatte absolut keinen Geschmack. Ich habe sogar den Chefkoch darauf angesprochen und ihm gesagt, er solle das Essen selbst einmal probieren. Das Personal wirkte überfordert, besonders in den Bereichen mit vielen Kindern (Kinderbereich / Garten). Insgesamt fehlt es hier an Qualität und persönlichem Service – Masse statt Klasse. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Our fifth stay at Granada. Our room upgrades were amazing. Facilities are top notch. Easy access to the beach. Just fabulous.

Dit is geen 5 sterren hotel. Er is een buffet restaurant voor 4000 mensen, ongeorganiseerd heel chaotisch en je staat 10min minimaal in de rij voor je eten per station. Voordat je kan zitten is het al koud. Ligbedden altijd vol handdoeken worden niet weggehaald. Muziek staat heel hard hele dag door je hebt geen rust. Activiteiten zijn oke, kidsclub is ook oke. Aquapark sluit 2 uurtjes per dag, bij een verblijf van een week mis je 14 uur aan glijbanen. Hier betaal je uiteindelijk voor.

Hotellet er slidt. Rengøring personale vækker alle kl 6 om morgenen ved at sidde og råbe til hinanden på gangen. Der er larm overalt på hotellet. Det er total uoverskueligt at komme rundt i restauranten og få bord til aftensmad. Ingen livredder eller tjener eller noget andet personale kan 2 ord på engelsk . Der var folk som kom op og slås ved poolen og som truede hinanden på livet foran børn uden at hotellets personale gjorde noget. Maden på hotellet var som det eneste godt. Et hotel jeg aldrig kommer på igen

We had a fantastic stay at Granada luxury belek. Everything was top notch quality: from the food to the activities. There was never a time where you didn’t have anything to do. The food was varied and very tasty. There was all kinds of meats, vegetables, salads and traditional turkish food. There were so many bars that we didn’t even have to time to try them all!!! The staff was attentive and ready to help, the waiters would always make sure you had everything you needed and the entertainers were very nice to everyone. And don’t get me started on the many pools that were cleaned every evening, they were simply incredible. We absolutely loved the maldives area which was 18+, it was so beautiful and quiet, exactly what you would need to relax!!! What can i say, my family and I had the mos amazing time at this hotel and would absolutely love to come back!!!

I stayed here with my 10 year old daughter and it was an incredible property. My daughter enjoyed the many kid friendly activities and the pool was just amazing. I enjoyed the food and convenience of having all the amenities in one place. Great family friendly hotel.

Barlar yetersiz ve mevcutlarda personel sayisi az. Zaten 3-4 kisi calisiyor yarisi garsonlara bakinca self servis tarafinda yigilma olusuyor. Aqua park tarafinda zemine dosenmis taslar ayak tabaninin perisan ediyor. Kirik camda yurumenizle o taslara basmak arasinda bir fark yok

Very nice hotel, however really dissapointed woth the food. Eveb though it was a buffet, th selection was reptative, boring and quality was very inconsistent. The staff in there are 10/10, very friendly, helpful and humble.

Nice resort with good amenities to enjoy. Strange that there is no iron and ironing board in the room and they want you to pay for laundry service to iron your clothes.
