Staff all OK, and it's written budget room. So as expected. Hot water not functioning during my stay.

Worth every penny, the staff is very kind. We can check in earlier.

Hotel near Kuala Terengganu Bus Station just by walking. Clean and tidy and nice staff.

Great location with almost all I needed within short walking distance—where the hotel is, it's almost perfect. Keep being good at running/managing a hotel.

Kurang kebersihan bilik, bila ceck in carpet berabuk, tandas/shower bau hancing seolah-olah bilik air lama tidak digunakan dan tidak dibersih dengan sempurna. Terpaksa dibersih sendiri. Waktu malam ada guest yang menghisap rokok di dalam bilik atau hallway walaupun ada tanda amaran larangan merokok. This stay would be my last here!

Room seemed like unoccupied and cleaned for a long time; Dusty and stinking (urine odour from the toilet/shower area). Other guests smoking in the hallway during bed time, although notices are put up every where. Plus side, good location and strong wifi signal. I would never stay there again.

For those seek for budget cost, this hotel the best choice for you. Near to the town and value of money. Really recommend

Sangat terbaik, nie sudah kali ke 3, penyambut tetamu sangat terbaik. WiFi sangat bagus. Bilik tetap sejuk walau tak buka aircond dan kipas 👍

Penyambut tetamu yang ceria, hotel yang selesa, bilik yang berpatutan dengan harga, semuanya terbaik. Kawasan hotel dekat dengan kedai makan. Depan hotel sahaja. Belakang hotel stesen bas Kuala Terengganu. Pusat beli belah paya bunga jalan kaki dalam 400m. Grabcar 24 jam sekitar Kuala Terengganu. Nak apa lagi? Hahaha.

Jimat. Selesa. Perkhidmatan kaunter terbaik friendly (staff lembut-lembut). Tak buka aircond dan kipas, bilik masih sejuk. Free WiFi perlu upgrade lagi. Tempat bersih 👍
