We booked the room as the hotel had a pool, restaurant to make the teip easier with young children. On arrival the pool was out of service as was the restaurant. Various other hotel amenities were also out of order.

Room was ok. Bed was worn out pillows were flat

Staff was great. Room was clean

One elevator was down.

Stayed here last minute for work. It was better than a motel considering the area. Front desk was very kind, room looked good and wasn’t super overpriced. Bathroom has gross smudges and marks though which was not ideal, bed sheets were sad, tiny thin sheets stacked on top of each other and felt too small for the bed size, breakfast ends pretty early as well.

Clean room, good wifi, shower had good water pressure and temperature.

The property was good, but the room had issues with the bathroom sink not draining and with no power to the receptacle for a blow dryer.

Second time in a row. Asked for late checkout upon checkin, front desk said they can give me until 12pm. Next day they start banging on my doors at 11am sharp. I go answer and they’re like “you gonna leave the room or extend another day” with an attitude like I’m late on rent payment. Upon checking out I complain to front desk; I politely explain what happened however she clearly did not care, simply saying ok after each of my sentences and never even asking for my name or room number.

Nice place , clean , full breakfast ,friendly employees !Shower water is powerful!

Should update there tv stations as most people are men and no sports channels that have hockey on them

Room was clean, the electrical outlets were not secured to the wall so they came out when i unplugged things. Breakfast was good. Staff was polite and kind
