一开始我还挺怀疑的，因为之前看过一些关于这家酒店的差评。但实际上，它却是我们这次旅行中住过的最好的酒店。房间很大，而且提供的日式床垫非常舒服。最棒的是，我们住的房间还能看到富士山的景色。

酒店离火车站很近，但如果带行李的话还是需要搭乘巴士。酒店下午3点以后提供往返火车站和酒店的班车，但需要提前预订。酒店允许我们在入住前和退房后寄存行李。最棒的是，我们订到了可以欣赏富士山景色的房间，可惜因为下雨没能看到。房间宽敞舒适，非常适合我们一家人。下次还会选择入住！

工作人员非常乐于助人...他们有温泉和自行车出租...房间宽敞干净，虽然有点旧...他们还提供班车，下午 3 点从火车站接我们到他们的酒店...当我们迷路时，他们也非常乐于助人，派班车来找我们...非常感谢在四季之宿 (shiki no yado) 的美妙体验！

湖景很美，房间宽敞干净。一定会很快回来

我在这家酒店住了一晚，住的是家庭房。工作人员非常友善，允许我们提前入住，无需额外付费。房间宽敞整洁。酒店还为客人提供公共温泉。酒店大堂前还有一个“河口湖药草馆”巴士站，可以乘坐红线和绿线巴士。我对在这家酒店的住宿非常满意，我一定会推荐给我的朋友，下次去河口湖还会住在这里。:)

The location is great, in front of Lake Kawaguchiko & has a view of Mt. Fuji. They also provide a shuttle to and from Kawaguchiko Station (contact them first).

I had a great room with Mt. Fuji view. There are yukatas for all of us and separate onsen for men and woman. Bathroom clean. The location just in front of Kawaguchi Lake. Difficult to find restaurant for dinner but there is Lawson near hotel.

Most hotels at Kawaguchiko is quite far from the station but some of them provide pick up service from/to station. Shiki No Yado do provide pick up service (just go to tourist information and ask them to call the hotel for you or you can use the public telephone at the station to call directly to your hotel). The hotel is also pass by the sightseeing bus.
