雖然稍微比較老舊，但是設施維護良好，有完整的滑雪周邊設施包含烘乾設備，鄰近名木山纜車，對於滑雪客非常友善。早餐沒有很花俏奢華，但是營養均衡且沒有過度調味。

我的房間應該是屬於新翼的 我朋友的房間有點不一樣 但也算整潔 空間也很足夠 6個人待在一個房間聊天也不迫 室外溫泉景色很好 酒店有安排接送到Happo bus station 或 train station.

The hotel is near to ski area but not the beginner area. The ski rental price is reasonable and with discount price on day pass.

Great buffet breakfast, hotel was about a 8-10 min walk to main lift at Happo One and close walk to restaurants and pubs. Onsen on site with sauna which was nice after a long day on the slopes. Rooms were clean, just old and outdated mattresses/appliances/shower. Otherwise I had a great stay

Clean tidy hotel with friendly staff. Nice Breakfast and traditional restaurant for evening meal. Fantastic onsen facility. Walk to lifts. Highly recommended.

Staff were very helpful and the rooms were very clean. Good buffet breakfast. Beds nice and firm no saggy middle.

今回ツインのお部屋でとても広く窓から見える景色は最高でした！ アットホームな感じが自分には合ってたので 白馬方面に行く時はまたお世話になろうと思います。

大浴場が良かったです。

温泉、食事、清潔な部屋 最高のホスタピリティを提供していただけました。サウナに入らなかったのは少し残念かな。でも全く気にならないほど他のサービスが素晴らしかったので大満足です。来年も利用します

Very good but transportation in Hakuba is inconvenient have very limited buses. Hotel are far away from Hakuba station

I am quite surprised to see the high points on Hotel.com about this hotel, I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. Despite relying on international tourism, the staff displayed a level of unfriendliness and unprofessionalism that was truly shocking. Check-In Experience: From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was unpleasant. The staff was dismissive and unhelpful. When we called for directions, we were simply told to walk 20 minutes from the bus station in the snow with our luggage. Any request for assistance was met with indifference or outright rudeness. Unacceptable Behavior: When I politely requested a pickup service, the owner herself mockingly repeated my request in Japanese. After living in Japan for 25 years, I have never encountered such disrespectful behavior. Ski Equipment & Services: The advertised ski equipment rental was another letdown. The staff seemed annoyed when we inquired about renting gear, and the quality of the equipment was far below standard. It was clear they had no interest in assisting guests. Storage Issues: There was no proper storage for our belongings. I was told to leave my items in a common area, and unfortunately, my charger was taken from my bag. At that point, I didn’t even bother to complain, knowing it would be a waste of time. Carrying our luggage to the ski slopes was extremely inconvenient, but again, the staff showed no concern. Well what a 10 days that was. Fantastic from the moment we stepped into the front door to the moment we were dropped at the bus stop to leave. Excellent position to the lifts at happo one. And don’t miss the Friday night buffet (make sure u book early). The breaks and coffee every morning became my highlight each day. Set the tone for such a great day. And finally the onsen. What a great way to experience the onsen in Japan. Was always clean and super restorative after a day on the slopes. Well done team I definitely hope to be back

Staff were wonderful, reasonably easy walk to the ski lift. you can hire gear on site as well as arrange lift tickets. Room was huge and very clean

A flat <5 minute walk to the Nakiyama lifts one way, to a row of Hakuba bars and eateries the other, this hotel was centrally located and a great choice for a ski holiday. The bath area is a highlight if you're into the Japanese bathing culture, with both inside and outside gender-segregated soaking areas. Fun happy hour activities daily were a nice touch (food samples, mochi pounding.)

Excellent staff. Very clean. Excellent breakfast. Rooms are basic.
