I really loved the layout of the rooms, the room we stayed at was very cozy and had pretty much everything one can want in an apartment. The location being walking distance from the airport and inner city also made everything convenient.

Very practical place to stay if you have your own means of transportation because it is quite far from most things in town.

Not a fan. Very very budget. Limited communication. Not what we expected after staying at a similar property in the area. Not very clean. Little couch was quite worn. Table was wobbly so we couldn't sit to eat. Had to do the dishes which was fine, but the last people hadn't cleaned well. Minimal dishes, no toaster. Not in walking distance to anything, definitely not a grocery store. Only 10 parking spots for 44 units!! That was stressful because their option was paid parking (we booked here because parking was included) and I would have had to walk quite far alone in the dark. Comfortable bed and the shower was fine. Limited, cheap towels. Shower soap offered was ick. Very warm and stuffy but we were able to open one (not both!) windows. Disgusting ceiling bugs crushed - someone had killed 5-6 big bugs so if you looked up there were squashed bug carcasses on the ceiling! Had to contact for assistance when something broke and there was no communication about when they would be by and when the person came they didn't "remember" that we were having trouble with a lock or that I had asked for a new lightbulb. All in all, very much only ok.

The advertised "free parking but limited spaces" is a scam, 4 spots. That's it. Beyond that there is only paid parking. Lovely rooms though.

I LOVE EXPEDIA!! Booking have always been easy and the app explain everything in details before booking so you have a good insight before starting your trip!

It was problems with the door to the room. Got help but think there should be an easier lock-but still safe.

Clean, nice and spacious apartment. Very worthy of the price. Strong wifi. great experience, it’s fully self-service, check in and out. Just follow the distruction give thru email sent by ApartDirect, which was easy and quick and only required a code to enter the front door and room.

Small, cheap, clean apartment fairly far away from town and the University

Comfortable, spacious, clean apartment with handy car parking though situated a little bit of the beaten track, about 30 mins walk from centre.Good value in any case for a short stay.

The apartment we stayed in located in floor 7 and had some problems: - the entrance door to the apartment had a defected sealing issue (around the door frame); - the window of living room (beside the TV set) was not locked completely; - the double bed was too small (1.4 meters!) for two people to sleep comfortably; - the wifi system is slow and has been designed poorly. All guests connect to the same wifi with the same user/pass and this makes it impossible to cast movies from your smartphone on TV sets; - the Arena behind the building of the hotel makes it inconvenient for the guests when there is an event.

We had a great experience. The email sent by ApartDirect gave us all the information we needed for check-in, which was easy and quick and only required a code to enter the front door. The apartment we had on the top (7th) floor was perfect for two people. The combo washer/dryer unit was great after being on the road for a week, and the kitchenette had everything and more. The TV in the living room area was equipped with Chromecast, which was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

cheap, clean and newly built/renovated. felt like home. Cons: a bit cold, no shower gel provided, no dishwashing machine. over all however, very satisfied with my stay.

Liten men rymlig lägenhet belägen vid Linköping Arena. Fåtal gratis parkeringsplatser nära, gott om avgiftsbelagda om det inte är något evenemang på arenan. Helt okej utrustat litet kök med både kyl och frys. Skön säng men obekväm bäddsoffa.

Fönster öppet på rummet vid incheckning bara ett element som fungerade Fanns bara en liten kudde till varje säng Nu bodde jag bara en natt och skulle till fotbollsmatch som spelades på arenan så då var läget bra men annars inget boende jag kommer att besöka igen
