Very clean, tidy apartment. Just 10 mins walk to the railway station

Fin beliggenhet, hadde problemer med en lysbryter og minus at det ikke var opplyst om at hele fasaden var tildekket pga bygningsarbeider.

This should be at least worth 4 stars…and I’m not usually a moaner…. But, the whole of the front of the building is currently covered in scaffolding and white polythene sheet, the windows are also covered in polythene. So no view and restricted light. I understand maintenance has to be done but if this was communicated we could have made a choice not to stay there. Maintenance inside is very poor, shower control was dodgy, half the downlighters didn’t work, no instructions on heating or cooling and to top it all the WiFi didn’t work meaning I used up my data allowance. We rang up the helpline but said sorry it’s the weekend! So can’t recommend as it looks like the front will be covered for some months.

The hotel is a building site. All windows blocked, so no daylight comes in. And no chance to ventilate. The room, hallways and staircases has a thick layer of building dust. Absolutely no pre check in information about the situation. Their solution was to apologize, and offer an 8% refund.

We had a great stay, as expected, with a clean room and all the necessary equipment. It's worthy - from 🇬🇧

The apartment was very nice, quiet, functional, clean, and well located. The bedding was also very good. We had a great time.

Ingen aircondition i leiligheten og vi kom da det var 32 temp ute.Var bare en liten vifte innerst i ett skap som vi ikke fant umiddelbart,fikk sendt en klage og ble da oppringt fra Finnland,fikk da en liten vifte til.Ikke fornøyd med resultatet da vi ville bytte til hotell.Klagesaker har en behandlingstid på 1-3 dager og da var jo vi reist.Umulig å sove i den varmen,selv om alle vinduer var åpne var det nesten 36 temp i leiligheten.Ut fra bilder såg det ut som om leiligheten hadde altan,men dette stemte ikke.Det var en felles altan,men der var hagemøblene så stygge at det ikke gikk an å sitte der.Renholdet kunne vert bedre også,dårlig støvsuget så vi måtte støvsuge da vi kom.

Truly like having an apartment in the city. We got tired long ago of going out to eat every afternoon and night. Here we prepped lunches and cooked dinners on most nights (we stayed for a week.) There was also a washer for our clothes (no dryer, but a drying rack and plenty of living-room space worked well). The only downside is that Oslo has no sound ordinances, and people rev no-muffler motorcycles throughout the night until 4am in the summer that would get them arrested in any other sane city.

Close to Oslo attractions. Easy to walk to the Oslo train station.

The apartment was really nice and had everything necessarry, but the only thing i didn’t quite like was the couch which wasn’t a couch per se just to sort of cushions next to each other that would be more appropiate for a waiting room. Other than that everything was excellent!!

Loved it, only thing I didnt like was that i could connect to the wifi the password and network name was different from what was in the book inside the apartment. Could have had a better bed but besides those two thing it was excellent. Would highly recommended 👌. Customer service was top-tier.

Renholdet var så som så. Urent toalett fra tidligere leietaker. Varmen fungerte ikke.

We booked two 2x bedroom apartments. One was way smaller than the other, but the smaller one I stayed in 404, first night I got bites all over my body which the pharmacist said were mites or bed begs but the cleaner checked and found no trace in the linen. I was moved to a bigger apartment which was way cleaner and way more comfy which was appreciated but just not a great way to start a trip hence the average review. The staff were helpful but still annoying that I got a reaction like that.

Grei leilighet med super beliggenhet Godt utstyrt kjøkken. Jeg er ikke så veldig teknisk flink så TV løsningen var et mareritt. På kvelden og på morgenen var det kaldt. Prøvde å skru opp varmen, men det fungerte ikke.

El stik hang ud af vægge. Lyset kunne ikke kontrolleres. Ingen ventilation men voldsom varme. Ingen vinduer bortset fra to små tagvinduer. Ingen reaktion på henvendelse. Skrammet møbler og gulve.

Great location half way between Aker Brygge/the Fortress and the Opera House. Apartment size is good and in suite laundry is a great amenity. Needed more towels.

Very noice … there is an internal patio with tables and people gather the till very late making lot of noice

Location is great. Apt itself is not very comfortable. Things dont work. Report to customer service is an exercise in futility. TV was not working. I was told somoene will come over and take care of it. Never happened.
