There was a sudden water cut in a morning , even service didn’t bother it. Rooms are too cold , heater is not working. You won’t get support from service people.

I would definitely never recommend wazo hotel. Over chagred, dirty, no valueables can be left in the hotel as the safes are portable and not bolted down. L, the first safe didnt work when brought to thwre attention someone walked inw ith a differnt safe under his arm to be replaced. When i asked about bolting the safe down he is not possible.

The rooms are very small . Beds are only 100 cm jammed into small room. You could fall off the single bed while sleeping. The king size bed is just two single beds 100 cm each side be side . If beds moved you get a gap lol. Room are clean but bathrooms stink. I don't recommend this hotel

Simplement convenable. Le petit déj pas génial, des choses plus simples et de bonne qualité auraient été mieux. Le petit dej marocain, quasi absent, c'est dommage, les crêpes marocaines pas bonne. Il y a trop de clients de voyages organisés, donc à éviter, d'autant que l'hôtel est loin du centre. Les taxis devant à éviter si c'est que pour aller au centre, aller dans main avenue et vous aurait un taxi avec chrono et 10x moins cher. Le personnel d'accueil, cela dépend sur qui on tombe. Le gardien TOP, très poli, c'est agréable de recevoir un sourire, de même les portiers.

C’est le pire hôtel que j’ai jamais vu photo ressemble pas au site personnel mal poli est surtout la fille de la réception aucun respect et esprit professionnel sans parler de saleté hôtel à déconseiller
