Très belle chambre

le Wi-Fi n était pas très rapide. mais en général belle chambre et salle de bain les lits sont confortable. resto et dépanneur a moins de 15 min de marche.

Nous sommes arrivés en soirée et le stationnement etait fermé d’un coté en raison de travaux d’asphalte , il n’y avait plus aucun stationnement et nous avons été informé que lors de notre arrivé tres ordinaire ça été au moins 3 jours comme ça aucun parking , ils voulaient qu’on se stationne ailleurs qu’à l’hotel … nous allons souvent à cet hotel et nous avons été tres deçu de ne pas avoir eu l’information avant sinon on aurait reservé ailleurs.

Parking fraîchement pavé non accessible donc j’ai dû stationner dans le parking d’un centre fitness à deux minutes à pieds. Pas d’accès au wifi. Lit trop mou. Image de la tv déformée. Réceptionniste polie sans plus. Réception derrière une vitre qui laisse un doute sur la sécurité de la place. L’hôtel semble fraîchement rénové donc très propre

The Good: The hotel room was immaculately clean as were the halls. Having a whirlpool and waterfall shower with jets is something I've never experienced before. Staff were friendly and helpful when I had some card issues during checkout. Decent food nearby too so you aren't entirely car dependent, but it is a bit more suburban an area. The Bad: The only real downside of the property is the islands in the parking lot. If you are going to use artificial turf, there shouldn't also be weeds growing out of it. It's weird too since there are some nice trees on the border of the property. There's also a run down golf cart there that is just an oddity. That said, I don't exactly spend swaths of time in the parking lot when I stay in a hotel so this is a minor complaint. The Weird: This hotel seems to also has a motel complex with it and they share the property (I think). The motel side seemed to be having some parking lot work done, so it didn't interfere with me. It's just odd. Same with the washroom toilet being in a separate small room apart from the shower. That said, it works as I was a big fan of the shower/whirlpool part of the room.

J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel du samedi 20 au dimanche 21 juin dans la chambre 308. Vers 7 h le dimanche matin, j'ai été réveillée par une personne qui a cogné à ma porte à deux reprises avant de tenter d'entrer dans ma chambre. Étant seule et encore endormie, j'ai bloqué la porte et demandé qui était là. L'homme s'est mis à me questionner sur mon identité, sur la raison de ma présence dans la chambre et sur les personnes qui m'accompagnaient. Il affirmait également détenir une carte d'accès pour la chambre 308 et qu'il serait le ''Monsieur de la maintenance''. Confuse, inquiète et effrayée, j'ai contacté la réception. La dame à l'accueil m'a expliqué que cette situation serait arrivée peut-être à la suite d'une confusion liée aux cartes d'accès de la chambre 308. Je comprends qu'une erreur puisse arriver, mais le fait qu'une autre personne ait pu accéder à ma chambre alors que je l'occupais légitimement soulève de sérieuses préoccupations en matière de sécurité. Vivant actuellement une période de deuil et étant seule lors de ce séjour, cette situation a été particulièrement éprouvante. Le reste de la matinée a été d'un stress sans nom. J'espère que des mesures seront mises en place afin qu'un tel incident ne se reproduise pas.
