Amazing location! The light rail stop that takes you everywhere is literally infront of the hotel. The breakfast is un-believable! Amazing selection. Highly recommend

Muy buen opción para hospedarte en Viena, la estación del tranvía esta a 30 metros y de ahí puedes llegar al centro fácilmente, hay un super enfrente, taxis llegan fácilmente, el personal muy amable y servicial. Excelente opción, me volvería a hospedar ahí sin pensarlo.

Hotellet og beliggenheten var flott, men hotellet hadde dessvere stengt treningsrommet med vektene.

Really love to stay at this hotel when we come to Vienna. The only very slight negative is the website suggests a bar and restaurant, however the bar is open during the week only and the restaurant is breakfast only. The hotel itself is very nice and staff very friendly. Will stay again

Hotel muito bom. Fica próximo a linha U4 do metrô, o que facilitou muito o deslocamento em Viena.

L’accueil est agréable.Le petit déjeuner est excellent et varié : expresso, thé, pain, jus de fruits, croissants, fromages, charcuterie, œuf au plat, omelette… La literie est confortable. Nous sommes restés 7 nuits et le ménage n’a jamais été fait ni le sol ni la salle de bain. Ils nous ont changé les serviettes de toilettes. Les fauteuils de la chambre sont tachés et pas stables. Les tapisseries sont sales. Cet hôtel n’a pas les prestations d’un hôtel quatre étoiles…Je vous conseille de nettoyer les chambres comme la salle de restauration qui est toujours propre.

I had an a/c that emitted a noise at regular intervals. Lousy night, no compensation.

Kahvaltı seçenekleri oldukça geniş. Çok güzel bir kahvaltıydı. Odalar çok neziz ve çok konforlu. Oldukça temiz bir oteldi. Ulaşımda çok kolay, odada kalmak keyif veriyor. Mutlaka tekrar kalmak isteyeceğim bir yer.

The hotel was clean and welcoming as well as beautifully decorated. Our room was spacious and clean, though in need of some minor cosmetic repairs. Parking was tight and in high demand.

Grande struttura, aristocratica, che mostra i segni del tempo. Camera quadrupla spaziosa. Bagno sufficiente (attacco doccia al muro adattato e non facilmente orientabile). Vasca al posto della doccia con un vetro insufficiente ad evitare che gli schizzi finiscano sul pavimento. Il costo della colazione (25 euro a persona) mi sembra alto. Molto apprezzato il market Billa di fronte e l'attiguo McDonald's (con McCafe incluso). Trasporti con tram molto apprezzati con fermata di fronte. Buona posizione. Consiglio di mettere il cartello "rifare la stanza" onde evitare di trovarla non rifatta alle cinque del pomeriggio. Esperienza complessiva buona.

Good location to visit the city

I have booked the standard room in hotel .com which coffee maker and kettle included, but hotel didn't offer them and one the staff tried

I stayed in the hotel for only a few hours before my flight. I loved the design of the hotel, the shower had everything we needed. The room was specious, clean, and had AC! The only disappointment was that when I arrived (close to 3pm) there was no space at the parking garage and I had to park elsewhere, which was a hassle with all the luggage. The staff was helpful and gave me detailed information about other parking options

Hyggeligt gammelt Hotel ! Lidt Titanic aktigt ! Der var rent og pænt! Der var engelsk talende personale i reseptionen , søde og hjælpsomme ! Morgen buffet var ok ! Blandings batteri i badeværelset var defekt !

The staff was a little gruff - we were Americans in Europe for the first time so maybe we just weren’t used to the ways things are done in Vienna, but they were very brusque and would only give us one key card for the room, even though my wife and I sometimes needed to leave at different times during our stay. The room and hallways were pretty old (a decent bit of repaired damage in the bathroom, for example) and dim, but very clean. The bed had a weird crease in it between the two mattresses that sucked us in at night, but otherwise was comfortable. It was a good location for transportation, since it was right across the street from a tram stop and gave easy access to the metro. In general, a decent stay for the money.
