飯店十分舒適，但房務整理房間時有時沒有把東西整理好

硬體設備與服務都讓人覺得沒有到星級飯店的標準，也無任何VIP待遇，住宿經驗失望

Services we’re just okay, and when I opened toilet cover it suddenly fell off; it took at least 20 minutes for assistance.

酒店每日清潔房間時都會補充所有日用品 (連卸妝油都有) 非常貼心, 早餐滿意, 位置步行5分鐘已到國際通, 十分鐘已到單軌, 非常方便

Very helpful and friendly staff. Location of the hotel is on a quiet street but only 5 minutes from the busiest streets in Naha. Close to the Monorail line, restaurants, and shopping. Would come back again.
