非常舒適，服務很周到，晚餐及早餐皆非常美味

お部屋は露天風呂付きのお部屋でお風呂がとても大きく広々と浸かる事が出来ました。

員工很親切，服務態度很好，對外國人也很友善及盡力幫忙。

Nice hotel. Room is clean and tidy. Foods are delicious. Staffs are nice and helpful! The onsen is awesome!

比較合適自駕遊的人，因為距離車站很遠，附近也沒有其他可以逛的景點，但酒店本身的格局不錯，有遠離煩囂的感覺，溫泉的品質也很好，我們沒有在酒店吃晚餐，走路大概15分鐘有一間不錯的日式餐廳～

The view of the room is good. The quality of the dinner and breakfast is good.

整體不錯， 乾淨企理！服務員熱誠！

房間很大，房內浴室是在室外，溫泉水不夠熱，在室外洗澡極冷，而房內暖氣很熱，不能調教為冷氣，頂樓的溫泉很好，景觀十分美，食物質素也很高，款式很多又份量很足夠。

露天溫泉開放時間短，享用不到！定食質素一般！

很舒適的日式旅館，大眾池很棒有露天溫泉，餐點好吃，沒什麼好挑剔的! 一樓lounge有各式燒酒(鹿兒島名產!)可以享受，JPY1000可以喝三大杯不一樣的，bartender很熱情~會推薦適合的跟講解燒酒，很棒的體驗!

The service is excellent. The staff at this hotel are very helpful and kind. When we arrived at the hotel, we had not not had lunch yet. The staff drove us to a restaurant nearby and picked us up after one hour. After checking out, we asked for the way to another hotel in two JR stations, the staff arranged to drive us to that hotel again. We appreciated their kindess so much.

Both breakfast and dinner are good as already included in the room charge. Service is good too and not far fm the city area. Staff are.polite except English is not spoken well by hotel staff.

用心細心安心

戶外温泉得小，有點失望；房內無沖涼房有小許不便；早餐不夠豐富，晚餐還可以。相比價格有点貴。

The cp value of this hotel is high! The room is comfortable with beautiful seaview. The staff is very nice! Although the shuttle bus did not come which i have reserved by email such that i had walked from jr 宮濱 for 15 mins under sunshine with heavy luggage, I still like the staff of this hotel as they are really nice!!! They have arranged on time shuttle bus for me from hotel to jr station and jr station to hotel except the check in time! I really recommend this hotel to other travellers! For location: this hotel is around 10 mins walk from jr 宮濱station, jr 宮濱station is one station next to jr 指宿。The meal is fair with the price!

不錯。 現在不是旺季，住宿很寧靜

Generally it was comfy to stay in the hotel. But its location is not near train station. The dinner was good but not exceptional.
