I had an interaction with a male receptionist that was absurd. I stopped by the hotel a few days before the check in date and there were a man and a woman working in the front desk, I approached the man, who was looking at me and spoke to him about what I needed. He didn't answer me, instead he looked down to his computer like I didn't exist. So the woman offered help, and I started talking to her. Another man arrived and that male receptionist spoke to him, normally like he should had spoken to me. I have never encountered such behavior, maybe because I am a Centurion client, I am not used to be treated this way, but for sure we are not coming back to this hotel. We had to travel sooner so we didn't stay at this hotel but the front of the hotel was not very clean.

Stay there for almost a week. They real need to improve their cleanness of the room. Bath sink leaks water.

Hotel muito bom, bem localizado quarto espaçoso e limpo

Café da manhã bom, porém estava extremamente cheio e para pegar um omelete levava cerca de 15 minutos. Academia precisa de reforma urgente, equipamentos velhos e ruins. Atendimento, limpeza do quarto e quarto muitos bons.

The room is small (there's not much space aside from the bed and closets). The bathroom is nice and spacious. The double sink is massive, but flat so the water doesn't drain properly. The hair dryer is broken (has a burning smell) and the phone doesn't work so you have to walk down to talk to the receptionist if you have questions. There was no shampoo and soap upon arrival. If you ever leave any food out (leftovers, souvenir chocolates, cough medicine), you will find swarms of ants all over. Breakfast is pretty good, with a large variety of things. But it's always the same items every day. There were these fancy coffee machines, which were great when they worked, but only one had cappuccino and that machine/option is always broken. The machine runs out of water and milk quickly, so it requires the staff to refill them frequently, which takes a while. It seems like they are understaffed most mornings. The location is great, as it is just minutes from the beach, a few restaurants, and a convenience store. If you are willing to walk more, there is a restaurant district at the end of the beach.

This property is decent but it has seen better days. Everything is just a little bit tired. And the breakfast is so so at best.

Quarto com vários sinais de desgaste. Funcionários ótimos!!! Café da manhã excelente. Compensa o quarto ruim.

Café da manhã espetacular. As dependências são bonitas mas precisam de manutenção, itens enferrujando, elevador escuro, limpeza não tão boa como deveria e se esperaria pelo preço. Piscinas em manutenção com liberação de uma apenas para inúmeros hóspedes e claramente não cabe todo mundo, vários pontos de atenção a quem vai em breve. Não é ruim mas pelo preço vale mais outros de rede e que no tem tantas falhas assim.

Local agradável, vista linda da praia. Hotel aconchegante, funcionários educados. Excelente café da manhã, muito diversificado. Apenas o número de mesas que em alguns horários se torna insuficiente.

Café da manhã esplêndido Segurança do Hotel nota 10 Quartos confortáveis Só não gostei dos travesseiros, fiquei com muita dor no pescoço, pois, eram finos e, o quarto tinha carpete no chão , isso me gerava uma alergia diárias tiros os dias eu acordava com dor de cabeça

O café da manhã excelente, como poucos, mas o banheiro vazava agua do banho

Infelizmente hotel está muito degradado . Café da manhã bom.

Quarto limpeza bom, equipe de recepção ótimo principalmente o funcionário Vinicius, atencioso, prestativo, simpático e excelente atendimento, cafe da manhã ótimo!
