The room is small (there's not much space aside from the bed and closets). The bathroom is nice and spacious. The double sink is massive, but flat so the water doesn't drain properly. The hair dryer is broken (has a burning smell) and the phone doesn't work so you have to walk down to talk to the receptionist if you have questions. There was no shampoo and soap upon arrival. If you ever leave any food out (leftovers, souvenir chocolates, cough medicine), you will find swarms of ants all over.
Breakfast is pretty good, with a large variety of things. But it's always the same items every day. There were these fancy coffee machines, which were great when they worked, but only one had cappuccino and that machine/option is always broken. The machine runs out of water and milk quickly, so it requires the staff to refill them frequently, which takes a while. It seems like they are understaffed most mornings.
The location is great, as it is just minutes from the beach, a few restaurants, and a convenience store. If you are willing to walk more, there is a restaurant district at the end of the beach.
