Fantastic stay, my best by far! Service plus the state of the hotel was just perfect.

Everything was just perfect, room is so comfortable and clean, service and food are amazing, staff is super friendly and professional.

My brother and I had a wonderful experience staying in the Ritz Carlton Astana club room. The room is spacious and have a luxurious modern decoration throughout especially the bathroom with double sinks and lightings. A special shout out to the club lounge staffs who are all very attentive and meet all our needs throughout our stay. They all have gone higher and beyond our expectations in remembering our names and what we have ordered previously. They have made our short stay extra special by preparing some small goodbye gifts for us based on our casual conversation that this is our first visit to Kazakhstan. This is very much appreciated and cherished. We will stay in Ritz Carlton Astana again if we come back to this city and have high expectations on all other Ritz Carlton hotels and Marriott Bonvoy range around the world

Overall, excellent hotel. However, the service falls short of the standard expected at Ritz hotels. Some staff members appeared to lack proper training.

Overall, incredible experience

Best hotel ever, Asan was the best! He had a cake specially made for me after Team USA competed. Best hotel!!!

All of the employees were extremely helpful. They called me by name and were very friendly. I had reserved a city view room but got a room with a view of the outside maintenance shack. My bathroom had a shade with spaces on each side where I could see out to the shed and several times saw the employee going in and out of the shed. I never felt comfortable in the bathroom or shower. Not acceptable for the Ritz Carlton.

Everything was outstanding

The Staff in the Astana Ritz-Carlton were EXTREMELY helpful. Conscierge Arman booked a trip to a smaller city. Kamilla, from that small city, wrote descriptions of sites and made helpful recommendations. Damili from that small city, supported with advice. Azimat at the front desk was helpful and courteous.

When my wife and my son arrived at the property early in the morning they were told to sit at the lobby because their rooms were not ready. The problem was that the rooms were booked and paid for the whole day prior to their arrival. When I called up the property to resolve the matter all of the managers were too busy to talk to me. Avoid this hotel

There is a night club on the third floor, which has a an open air bar and dance floor. Horrible loud music which you can hear in your room. No matter what floor you are on. Make sure to ask for the room which does not face this place

The experience was great and the hotel staff were very friendly. Our room was on the 16th floor with stunning view.
