The food was amazing! Tha staff was super helpful and accommodating. Our rooms were clean and the drinks and bar were outstanding!! It was absolutely perfect!! Planning our next trip back!!!

The staff was amazing ! The food some days was great others days ok … the pillows sucked . Beds weren’t comfy . I recommend getting a bottom floor room. Bar staff was amazing especially Tony ! If you plan on seeing all of the island rent a car .

Resort was great and the employees took an active interest in those served. Had a disputed charge that I brought before the resort manager who promptly addressed it and made things right. Greatly appreciated! The food was great and the recreation options plentiful… Great vacation!

The staff is truly all for ensuring you have an amazing experience. I highly recommend purchasing the premium all inclusive upgrade they offer, you will not be disappointed!

My husband and I liked the location - East End - for the quiet and distance from touristy West End. We also absolutely loved the food. We purchased the package that included all meals and drinks, and we were never disappointed with the selection at meals or with the quality of all offerings. Neither of us is a "big drinker," so we did not drink often while there. When we did, however, we both found the cocktails very, very weak. We thought this must be because we were "drinks included" guests (as signified by our conspicuous wristbands). Our room on the ground floor opened onto a patio facing the beach. That cannot be found everywhere, and it was a big reason we chose this property. The views are spectacular. Unfortunately, this beach was not conducive to long walks since it smelled pretty bad due to the large amount of seaweed washed up. Even though the managers trucked it away each morning, the seaweed was relentless. We did not let it keep us from the beach, but this definitely soured the experience. The free-roaming chickens were cute, sometimes annoying, but always a conversation starter! Lastly - we did not realize there would be a sales pitch to buy into the property through time share. That was awkward and unwelcome. All in all, we are glad we visited Grand Cayman. If we return, though, we will look for another resort.

The food and service were incredible. The room was clean and very comfortable. I recommend the spa. The ladies there did an amazing job!!! It may be a ways from the airport but definitely worth the drive

The staff is amazing! They are all very kind and accommodating. The rooms are nice with a great view. The food is delicious. There is only 1 restaurant and they have a different theme each night for dinner. Lunch is served at the bar outside and it's very windy so that doesn't work very well. They don't have much to do at the resort and really push the excursions. The good news is that there was never a fight for the pool or beach chairs.

We loved this resort for the food, the staff, and the quiet environment. It is very windy and the beach has deteriorated quite a bit so you may have to travel to another beach for the traditional peaceful white sand cayman beach experience. 5 Star food, worth every penny to do the all-inclusive. Our whole family like babies and felt safe and well cared for the entire time. Just bummed about the rocky beach and the pool is on the cooler side and older, needing some attention. Bring scuba booties/water shoes. They have some for sale on premise too.

It was wonderful

Since this is a resort I was surprised that no one took our luggage to the room. The water smelled like sewage. When filled the jacuzzi tub water was so dark and murky we didn’t get in it. The lady at the dive club was putting on makeup when we came in and didn’t lower her mirror to acknowledge us. The staff at the restaurant were very polite and friendly. The food was good most days but the beach bar tender was rather rude. Overall this isn’t a resort I would recommend.

Amazing property

Overall not a bad place but don't appreciate they are not using a current photo of the beach. There is really no good beach access at this resort. The seaweed and trash is a little out of control.

The room had a beautiful ocean view. It is an older establishment, but everything was clean and well kept. The food was excellent, but most of all, every single staff member was friendly and went above and beyond our expectations.

The condo was clean, though definitely needs some updates and refurbishing. The location is fabulous with a paradise view. The staff was friendly and courteous and very attentive. The only area that needs a lot of improvement is the reservation process. It was stated that the resort should be contacted with any requests. Three weeks before our check-in date, we sent a message to the reservation dept. at the resort explaining that due to our ages, we were requesting a unit on the ground floor. They replied stating that they would do their utmost to accommodate the request, but could not guarantee it. Why not? When we arrived they gave us a second story unit which required climbing 27 stairs every time we left or returned to the condo, including carrying our nearly 50 pound luggage up and down. We reminded them that we had requested a ground floor unit and were told that none were available, but they would let us know if one became available. We requested a ground floor unit again mid-stay and and they said the same thing. They never ever got back to us or apologized for their lack of "trying their utmost" to grant our request.
