Väldigt bra läge!

I really enjoyed the close proximity to the historic centre of the city. Only 10 minutes walk away was Piazza Maggiore, incredible dining choices, and endless social gathering areas to drink and shop. Not in that order. You acnt go wrong with this location.

A "bed and breakfast" without breakfast. I suppose that's better than a B&B without a bed, but still. :) Other than that, the room is very clean and comfortable. You just have to hope your neighbors are quiet, though, because there's no soundproofing between rooms.

Sehr bequeme Matratze hat für einen erholsamen Schlaf gesorgt.

Zimmer lag direkt am Krankenhaus. Die Türen zum Flur sind Zimmertüren - also sehr dünn.Deshalb hört man alles der anderen Zimmer. Die Klima steht zwar den ganzen Tag auf 18 Grad - schafft es aber nicht unter 24 Grad zu kommen. Die Parkplätze sind nicht vorhanden. Dafür wird ein Parkhaus für 20€ pro Tag empfohlen.

The room was meant to sleep in. No extras. The bed was uncomfortable. I think it’s time for a new mattress. Bus stop was right out front. The lady in Reception that checked us in was very nice and knowledgeable of the area.

Das Hotel leigt an einer lauten Straße direkt bei einem Krankenhaus (viele Krankenwagen, auch in der Nacht). Dafür ist man aber schnell in der Innenstadt oder der Universität. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich - die Rezeption hatt mich vorab per Whatsapp kontaktiert und Tipps für den Weg vom Bahnhof gegeben. Ich hatte ein Zimmer direkt bei der Rezeption. Leider hört man jedes Geräusch durch die Tür und ab sechs Uhr ratterte die Kafeemaschine. Vom B&B im Namen sollte man sich auch nicht täuschen lassen: Frühstück gibt es keines, dafür sehr viele nette Cafes in der Nähe. Fazit: Okay für ein, zwei Naächte.

Déçue par cet hôtel que j’avais choisi au vu de son excellente note, beaucoup mais vraiment beaucoup de bruit du boulevard adjacent, accueil cordial sans plus, rien de convivial comme une petite bouteille d’eau de bienvenue…

This was perfect for our trip. Everything we needed, great distance from the city center and for people who don’t mind walking it was pretty good distance from Bologna Fiere as well. I slept really well too!

Great location within walking distance to the city center. Very helpful and friendly staff

The apartment is in very good location, in walking distance from the city centre and with parking facilities. Sandra was very attentive in providing information and assisting where she could. The elevator is useless if you have a big suitcase as it is really really small na narrow. Also the room was small, without fridge and in essence there was no possibility to have even a breakfast as in the common area there was only a table, chairs and a counter with a coffee machine, a dispenser for capsules at 1 euro each, tea, paper glasses, cutlery and a boiler for water. No sink available, so if you wanted to drink water you either had to have bottles in the common fridge or use the WC tap next to the counter. Also there were no plates or bowls. Overall I would say a mediocre stay.

Gute und günstige Wohnung in der Stadt. Gut geeignet für längere Aufenthalte. Online-Check-In ist kein Problem. Empfehle weiter!

We had 3 nights here. It was good. The place is close to centrum. Very clean and good. The service was very good.
