Nice room, great exercise facilities and other amenities and immediate access to a 3 mile walk run hike trail parallel to the harbor

The property was great and clean. Staff was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately we started with a broken curtain that was fixed the same day and a shower that was clogged for our entire stay. They tried to fix it but when we showered the water would accumulate at least 6 inches. The soap would stay in your legged and feet and you would have to be rinsed off after the shower. We complained 3 times and were never offered a different room. So sad because it is a beautiful hotel in a very convenient location for us.

Overall it suited our needs. However, water temperature in our shower was a MAJOR issue for us both mornings.

Great hotel!

The only downfall was that there was a bug crawling on the console by the TV, but took care of it.

The hotel smells badly

It had a lot of amenities and was very clean and welcoming. 😊

The Hilton Garden Inn made our time very comfortable, convenient and accessible to the hospital of where my husband had surgery. Having breakfast and dinner at the hotel was so convenient and the food was delicious.

The bathroom lacked hot water and there was hardly any water pressure to shower.

Good location

Clean new hotel, Comfortable bed, very nice shower! The only negative we had was that we reserved a room with a king bed but when we got to the hotel we were given a room with 2 beds and were told the hotel was sold out.
