1) Lack of socket in the room. I need to unplug the tv so that the socket can be used for charging my phone. Or i have to use the socket located near the toilet side which is so inconvenient. 2) The outdoor hotspring is so small. 3) We have called concierge for getting the shuttle bus service from ropeway station to hotel but they said the service is only available between bus terminal and hotel. So we have to walk from ropeway station to bus terminal after we get off from the ropeway after visiting the tree monsters at peak.

服務人員很親切，會到藏王溫泉車站接送，CP值很高！

飯店在出發的前一天有用hotels.com傳訊息跟我們確認到達藏王溫泉站的時間，省去我們在雪地裡爬上坡的麻煩。服務台的接待人員中文很好，很仔細的跟我們確認飲食喜好。晚餐除了壽喜燒跟生魚片，還有當地料理的自助吧台。雖然不是很豪華的料理但食材都很新鮮實在。我們晚上去散步，回程碰到飯店的接駁車，司機還好心的主動停下來載我們一程。 房間的部份因為沒有浴室，有更大的空間更加放鬆，樓下有室內和露天的溫泉浴場很舒服。接待人員說我們可以免費去泡其他家Takamiya hotel的溫泉，但因為時間不夠只好作罷，下次還會想來著幾晚！

酒店位置可以接受，車站步行去酒店約8~10分鐘，但是上山路，另可通知酒店接送。 房間跟圖片一樣， 夠大， 床也舒服，獨立廁所，浴室也好，只是房間只有暖氣，不可調節，會比較熱 溫泉有室內窒外，溫泉水夠熱，也不錯 員工有禮又主動，值得讚賞， 另有不同國藉既員工， 外藉人士及中國人都有， 英文及國語也可溝通。 晚餐精美也可口， 早餐就是自助餐式， 款式不多，但也足夠了。

相當舒適的旅館，晚餐早餐都美味，飯店接待人員服務好，可以來回接送到公車站，如果要前往御釜可詢問飯店，飯店會協助看天氣是否適合，並且導覽周邊環境，溫泉也很舒服喔。

温泉がとても良かった！ お食事も 美味しかったです。 フロントの方の対応も 丁寧でした。 ただ、WiFiが繋がりにくかったです。 また 機会があれば 利用したいです。 ありがとうございました。

先日親子共々、宿泊させて頂きました。施設等は清潔さはあり第一印象は悪くなかったですが、駐車場が坂になっており少し停めずらい状況です。夕食ですが主食が1品と後は漬け物の小鉢が数点。海鮮はなぜかカルパッチョ。ご飯に関しては食べ応えが全くなく最低でした。お風呂は乳白色で気持ち良かったです。スタッフのサービスは接客がいい方と悪い人でわかれてました。若い方の方がサービスが良かった感じです。また泊まりたいとは思いませんでした。残念です。

We had a room with half board and enjoyed the 24 hr Natural hot spring within the hotel. Free shuttle to the bus station after check out was helpful as it snowed the night before

I love cold weather and snow, so that part of Northern Honshu was perfect for me. I also have family in the area to drive me to Zao, which is a lot easier than taking the bus! This hotel is clearly on the older side, but that really didn't detract from the whole experience, which was positive. The bath was relaxing and though it wasn't large, I never felt over crowded. The beds were comfortable~ sort of an amalgam of futon and boxspring. Though I wish they were on the tatami, it was nice that they were by the windows. I am pretty sure I've been in those particular onsen baths before, so I am wondering if this hotel has existed in the past under different ownership with a different name.
