Great location in the old part of town.

Everything was great. The only issue was that we tried to order two glasses of wine from the bar next door and they said we could carry them to our room but then they wanted to charge us the room service price. Carrying drinks from the bar to our room was not actually room service so I feel like they were trying to get more money out of us unnecessarily. So we purchased wine at a store elsewhere. Otherwise everything was great.

Nice hotel, clean, great location and friendly staff. We stayed in a dulux suite with a ‘city view’ which was a bit cheeky as the ‘view’ was basically a wall with a dead pigeon on it! The location though was impeccable - you can walk anywhere in under 20 mins

Ho soggiornato per lavoro, posizione ottima, palazzo storico stupendo, colazione impeccabile, buona scelta di dolci e frutta ed ottima anche la parte salata.

The lobby is beautiful with old fresco. Everything is organized and well taken care of. The breakfast is good. The room itself was average but had all the amenities needed. The location is conveniently located in the old town close to most of the attractions. All the stores are shut down after 7 pm except the restaurants so the streets in the area look abandoned. It's easy to get lost in the narrow streets which can be dark at night. I was a little nervous going out at night having to navigate the abandoned narrow alleys.

Great quiet location.

This was my favourite place we stayed at while in Italy. The building was stunning and historic, while the rooms were modernized. Breakfast was simply incredible and the staff was warm and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

Je m'attendais à plus de standing pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Coté extérieur il est peu visible près d'une église et uniquement de toutes petites ruelles (la vue des chambres est donc très réduite). il n'y a qu'un ascenseur pour 4 étages de chambres spacieuses. Les petits déjeuner sous forme de buffet sont gigantesques (mais si l'on a droit qu'à un seul jus d'orange pressé) au 5e et 2e etage. Les bons restaurants sont assez loin. Le métro le plus proche est place Ferrari (sans grand intérêt). Le personnel de l'hôtel ne parle que anglais ou italien.

Great location and we could walk to so many things we wanted to see. The alleyways were amazing and after a few days we learned our way around. So much to see, taste and explore here!!

Cet hôtel est absolument magnifique et extrement bien situé même si les rues adjacentes servent à la prostitution! Seulement on est loin d’un standing 4 étoiles. Le personnel est à l’image de la directrice froide sans empathie et loin à l’écoute et surtout au confort du séjour de leurs clients! Ici si vous n’achetez pas leur vin ou champagne on vous facture 5€ de la glace avec des verres à vins sales ! Alors que les réfrigérateurs Smeg en chambre ne refroidissent pas! La salariée du petit déjeuner est désagréable et loin d’être professionnelle! Les œufs brouillés sont excellents ! Seul le personnel de chambre est adorable! Bref pour le prix payé on s’attend à nettement mieux!

Great central location near sights etc, staff all very friendly and helpful. Also, near lots of great restaurants.

Beautiful interiors, comfortable room, great staff, excellent location

Staff were friendly and very helpful particularly all the girls at reception. Hotel is ideally placed in the centre of the old town with the only drawback that taxis can only get to the Piazza Competto which is 50 meters away so you have to wheel your luggage that 50m.

Convenient location. Walkable to many attractions. Rooms are fine but staff and its service is the star. Everyone at the hotel were helpful and go beyond the normal to ensure a fantastic experience. One recommendation is once you’re in a taxi to the hotel; call the hotel to coordinate drop off location. Hotel is in a historic area with limited taxi access but the staff will help to secure your arrival.

L'hôtel est en plein centre historique dans un palazzo magnifique. Le petit déjeuner très parfait malgré une serveuse un peu tendue. La chambre très confortable avec de belles prestations, très calme mais un peu sombre avec une décoration un peu froide et la vue sur les escaliers extérieurs pas idéale.

What a beautiful place to stay, seeped in history, right in the heart of the old town. We had a fantastic time with friendly staff, a clean, comfortable, air conditioned room. Some of the smaller ally streets can feel a little unsafe but if you stick to the main ones it was great :)
