Amazing stay

+ camera pulita, drink benvenuto ricevuto, bella vista, ottima location - servizio...upgrade non ricevuto anche se c'era disponibilità, personalmente verificata al momento del check in..mentre l'addetta alla reception ha detto che non c'era. Non abbiamo voluto fare questioni...ma, giusto segnalare e ancora una cosa da segnalare è l'assenza di prodotti Molton Brown, uno dei motivi di scelta dell'hotel, ampiamente pubblicizzati su tutte le foto, ma non presenti :(

The stay was perfect and the staff wonderful. The desk ladies, the guy responsible for serving the breakfast and the lady responsible of the hotel were very nice and helpful. The only thing to note and maybe warn about it that the tub being very slippery, as well as the floor of the bathrooms, it is necessary not to forget to put the floor mat in order to prevent a fall. Also some of the windows isolation were a bit defective which didn’t have any negative results as such.

Nice modern hotel, nice rooms, good location and ice roof bar. Parking is a problem...

nice start to our family vacation. Came superlate at night, so it was very helpfull staff that got us in, got us settled and help order take out. Parking is hard, but we bought parking through the hotel, which was money worth. Nice placement to see sites of the city.

Ottimo albergo

The property is very centrally located and it is easy to walk to restaurants, shopping and sites. The room was very comfortable and modern.

The hotel is stylish, in a great location as it’s easy to walk to restaurants, sites etc. The superior room is spacious, the bed very comfortable with good pillows and bedding. Black out drapes also provide a very good sleep. You do hear some street noise depending on the night and how much activity is outside. Breakfast is very good. All staff are helpful and friendly. The only shortcoming is parking and the difficulty of unloading and reloading the car with luggage.
