Bien ubicado, habitaciones cómodas y amplias. El servicio a la habitación hay que pedirlo a veces no lo hacen, el desayuno está bien, podrían variar más por qué aburre pero en general bien.. el personal podría ser más amable

It was an overnight experience but a good one. The room was spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable. The staff were borderline sweet in how nice they all were. Breakfast was varied and welcoming. We would stay again.

Hotel itself was super clean. Elevators were quite slow. The pool area was awesome. Could use a scrubbing around the pool tile above the water level. Just a suggestion. Pool area is a definite plus. Waterfall was a nice touch. I’d stay here again.

Seamless check-in. Clean and comfy beds. Coffee was strong and the breakfast was good! Get the homemade yogurt with toppings. Will be staying again!

Our room was ready hours early- what a bonus! Room was huge! Could not figure out hot water in the shower. Breakfast was a madhouse

The mattresses in the hotel are very old and uncomfortable, and the mattress on the sofa bed is even worse. The linens and pillows were extremely dirty, indicating poor cleaning practices. Additionally, the staff were rude and showed a lack of empathy, suggesting they need proper training in customer service. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dangerously slippery. It appears they are using a cheap cleaning solution that contributes to this issue, so please be cautious. The breakfast options are typical for a Home2 hotel, but they seem to skimp on milk and other extras. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel; it has been the worst Home2 experience I have had.

Front desk was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent.

The staff was nice but the elevator was working one day & not the next. It was eventually working. Thank God we were only on the 2nd floor. It would have been a much lower rating. I think besides that everything else was good
