During my recent four-night stay at a hotel, I was thoroughly disappointed by several key factors. Firstly, the mattress was old and uncomfortable, lacking proper support and featuring uneven springs that made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the towels provided in the room were in poor condition, with frayed edges, tears, and even holes. This lack of attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was disheartening. Lastly, the hotel manager's poor hospitality manners further contributed to my dissatisfaction. Instead of addressing my concerns with professionalism and promptness, the manager displayed dismissive behavior and failed to provide satisfactory solutions. Overall, these issues significantly impacted my experience and left me feeling deeply disappointed with my stay. It is crucial for hotels to prioritize guest comfort, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and ensure that their staff is trained in exceptional customer service. By doing so, hotels can create a welcoming and satisfying experience for their guests.

Nice cozy place in the mountains

Great stay. Staff was super helpful and spoke good english. Restaurant food was excellent but a bit pricey. Views were spectacular. Indoor pool was fun and sitting outside in the spa with the mountain views was a great experience.

Freundliches Personal, schönes Zimmer mit herrlichem Ausblick, sehr gutes Abendmenü und Frühstück

Mooi hotel met wellness, uitstekende keuken met erg goed diner en een zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Kamer was groot maar..... bed had een opstaande rand aan het voeteind en dat is voor 1,90+ niet prettig slapen.

The restaurant was delicious, and it was close to the ski lifts...we loved it so much we cancelled our plans and are returning for the end of our European vacation

We had a very relaxing stay in a very welcoming and nice hotel. The hotel à la carte menu was just impeccable and the hotel staff was very friendly.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Alles bestens, vom Essen bis hin zu den Zimmern waren wir zufrieden... Auch mit unseren 2 Hunden. Da das Hotel direkt an der Skipiste liegt bräuchten wir auch kein Auto oder Shuttlebus... Wir werden sicherlich dort wieder unseren Ski-Urlaub machen.

Soggiorno di 5 notti, posizione ottima nella natura ma con i servizi necessari a due passi. Hotel molto curato e bello, Una nota particolarmente positiva alla ristorazione . Eccellente. Camere ristrutturate e confortevoli. Unica osservazione, atmosfera un pochino fredda soprattutto all'arrivo, riscontrata nel gestire un problema di indisponibilità della suite prenotata e pagata. Poi risolto insistendo un pochino dopo vari tentativi di assegnarci una camera standard. Comunque Nel complesso una esperienza molto positiva . Lo consiglio !

Una splendida esperienza in questo hotel di montagna, dove già la posizione a fianco di un ruscello e di fronte a vette e pinete è già di per sè appagante.La camera spaziosissima e pulitissima ( avevamo una suite ) con 2 balconi e 2 televisori.Colazione ottima e veramente abbondante con presenza dello chef per cuocere le uova a piacere sul momento.Idem la cena con piatti non banali e di qualità decisamente superiore alla norma.Luminosissima sala da pranzo con vista sulle montagne.Inoltre splendida piscina interna con getti d'acqua ecc. e zona welness molto ampia con saune idromassaggio bagno turco...Tutto nuovo pulito perfetto.Complimenti al proprietario ed a tutto lo staff sempre gentilissimo!!!

Unser Kurzurlaub im Pardies war wunderbar. Schon an der Rezeption wurden wir freundlich empfangen und in unser Zimmer begleitet. Auf dem Weg dorthin, erklärte man uns gleich die Wege zum Wohlfühlbereich. Ein schöner Innenpool, ein traumhafter Whirlpool im Freien, sowie diverse Saunen und die Beautyabteilung. Unser Zimmer war toll, eine neu renovierte Suite, mit 2 Balkonen und einer tollen Aussicht, wie bei der Buchung beschrieben. Es war alles tadellos und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war toll und wir fanden alles, was unser Herz begehrte. Froh waren wir, dass wir Halbpension gebucht hatten, das Abendessen, war einfach nur lecker und ganz liebevoll hergerichtet. Von unserem Tisch im Restaurant, hatten wir eine tolle Panoramaaussicht auf den Ortler. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ist bestens ausgebildet. Die Gegend ist schön, wir haben eine schöne Bergtour unternommen, wobei alles richtig gut ausgeschildert ist.
