Great place

Beautiful room in an excellent location. Clean, updated, nice amenities in room. Easy to communicate with staff. Would not hesitate to stay there again. We were very pleased.

La camera era meravigliosa e l'affaccio su piazza grande un plus però la pulizia della camera, soprattutto a livello di polvere in bagno e del pavimento non era il massimo, comunque nel complesso un hotel apprezzabilissimo.

We had a bedroom with bathroom inside an apartment. The instructions to get into the room are complex but accurately provided. The room is near the central town square and convenient to many attractions. The room was quiet and comfortable.

Thoroughly recommend this accommodation choice for a stay in Bologna. Spacious clean rooms and right on the main square. My check in was a little complicated because i had 2 trains cancelled and missed the host but i have to say communication was very good despite that and after brief confusion i was soon in my room. Would definitely return if i was back in Bologna.

Loved the location right beside the Piazza. Our host was very good and very attentive. The room was spacious and met our needs nicely. Maybe another garbage can would be helpful. We would definitely stay again on a return trip.

Amazing location right by the piazza, lots of places to eat or drink. * Only bad thing, taxi can’t get to close to B&B so it was a few minutes walk but very easy to find. With that being said if you need a taxi you need to call early & you need to be at a taxi stand blocks away (because piazza closed especially on weekends)which we didn’t know & we walked for over 1 hour trying to get a taxi & they would drive right by us because we didn’t call BUT I did & then I was told to call 5 minutes before I needed to be picked up & was told no way! Thank God for a sweet driver who pulled over!

Last minute booking and I was treated to a gorgeous room with a balcony on the edge of Piazza Maggiore. Fantastic location! The place wasn’t fancy with front desk, buffets etc, but perfect for a solo traveller wanting a local experience. Breakfast “Italian style” is included at the nearby cafe. The Piazza is noisy, but the windows are soundproof and you wouldn’t know there was a sole outside. I’d stay here again.

Es muy amplia la habitación y aseo también, la ubicación excelente, están los restaurantes y monumentos a pocos pasos.

Habitación dentro de un edificio céntrico, la comunicación con el administrador fue muy buena, muy servicial, el desayuno incluido fue algo muy sencillo (café y pan) y se sirve en un restaurante bar frente al edificio, muy accesible a pie para atractivos principales como la catedral, comercios, restaurantes, llegamos en taxi desde la estación de tren y nos dejó a una cuadra ya que está en una zona peatonal. Bolonia es una bonita ciudad, me sorprendió para bien y el lugar es muy buena opción de hospedaje, limpio, de buen gusto, con elevador y WiFi, si lo recomiendo.

Huge rooms with everything you need for a city tour, very close to the main points and very clean. Communication was very easy and we got much informationsbfor every question we have had

Everything was excellent. Really good communication before arrival with video's of how to get in and where to go. Location is perfect for exploring all the wonderful city of Bologna has to offer, literally in the main square. Windows didn't let any street noise in and room was clean and very big. Would definitely come back the next time we visit.

Habitacion y baños muy confortables. En el corazon de Bolonia. Imposible un hotel mas centrico. Buena decoracion y amabilidad del personal. El desayuno en cafeteria cercana (no es buen desayuno: cafe, croissant y zumo. El personal de la cafeteria desagradable). La habitacion queda a la libre gestion del cliente (limpieza y cambio de toallas no hay al menos si reservas 2 noches tan sólo). Es una opcion extraordinaria para Bolonia

Terrible check-in process. Wasted too much time trying to drop my luggage and check-in within the prescribed check-in window. Not recommended.

s barely any assistance for guests. We were basically told they couldn’t find us a taxi for our departure so we would just have to find one on the fly. We were promised that restaurant recommendations would be sent to us and we never received them. The AC would not get cool even when turned all the way down- we were told it just takes awhile. It never got cooler. Great location but if you require attentive service this is not the place! Would not stay here again

Had an amazing 2night stay in San Petronio room. Check in was easy,thanks you Olivia for all you help. Super clean,AC was much needed and a great location. Would definitely stay here again.
