Convenient location, room is clean and staff is friendly

1. 環境舒適乾淨，設備新穎。Clean and comfortable environment. 2. 服務親切熱情。The staff is nice and friendly. 3. 距離巴士總站不遠，附近環境安靜。The hotel is not far from the main bus station. 4. 房間對於四個人來說有點小。The room is a little small for four people.

房間乾淨舒適，飯店人員很nice。離巴士總站和電車站(可到古城區無須換車)都很近，電車票可上車買(但較貴)，也可在站牌附近的小店買(較便宜)，但飯店附近的那一站只能上車買。

The lady in the front desk is nice. There is air conditioner here

Room is clean, supermarket and bus station is around. Quiet but feeling safe. Staff is nice. And I miss the cherry tree with cherries outside the window!!

The hotel is excellent !!! The room is clean and the staffs are friendly. only take 5 mins of public transport to go to the city. Will stay in this hotel again!

位于距离萨格勒布市中心不远的安静街区，有免费停车位。刚一预订就收到酒店消息，询问到达时间。入住办理超快，主动提供城市游览信息宣传册和地图。房间简约别致，有电热水壶，咖啡和茶，洗浴用品是rituals的。

Quiet, clean and well-equipped room. Near main bus station. Highly recommended.

Overall, it is good, especially for those taking airport shuttle bus, because it is close to the bus terminal.

3人房，6日5夜，只有1包茶包，1包水果茶包，1包即沖咖啡，不會refill，我覺得很跨張。 厠紙不足夠，需要主動要求職員補充。 最後一天沒有清潔房間，垃圾當然也沒有清理，厠紙也是不夠用的。 男職員和女職員分別提及的到機場Taxi車費相差一倍，好像不太誠實。 不接近所有景點，但電車的確很方便。大件行李無法步行至Autobus station。 隔壁的水聲和聲音對我來說是可接受的，房間設計也很好。

離路面電車站及公車總站近，而且環境單純清悠，房間浴室大小適中，我住了3晚感覺很好很舒適，有機會會再入住

地點很好，臨近巴士站，附近有超市及便利商店。下一次也會選這裡，請自備拖鞋。

Staying in the same room as last tume. Value for money, very near to bus station, 15 mins tram ride to the city centre, the room is comfortable. However, you might find some insects as my rooms was at the ground floor and there is a small garden outside. Also we found that the water kettle was not clean. They offers free minibar.

The staff was really nice. The staff waited for me even my flight was delayed and arrived after 1200 midnight. He also helped to print my bus tickets purchased online. He also introduced a really nice breakfast place nearby. Bus station is just 5 mins from the hotel and very conventient for those who arrive /leave by bus. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very clean and tidy.

The hotel can be comparable to the star hotels，the boss is very nice and handsome.Very enjoyable experience.five stars.
