Everything is good. Do prepare your own toothbrush and slippers. They provided toiletries. Breakfast was ok. And always have starbucks coffe at the looby to self serve. But the conditioners are different to squeeze out.

Easy check in and check out. Love that we can park our vehicle while on holiday. Great location, love the breakfast and the airport shuttle.

The Hotel staff are incredible and very accommodating. The fly and park services as well as the shuttle service are punctual and the drivers are very helpful with baggage. This was our second time staying at this hotel and will continue to do so when flying out of Edmonton international Airport.

The staff was helpful. The airport shuttle pickup was prompt the night before. A wide selection of hot and cold food items on the breakfast menu.

It’s close to the airport and the room was cheaper than the other hotels around that area. Check in was a hassle as their machine cannot seem to recognize my credit cards for the room deposits. When asked if I could use my debit card to pay for the deposit, they tried to charge $150 per night. Eventually had to ask the husband to use his credit card. We both have Mastercards, so not sure what’s wrong with my cards. Have had two bad experience at this hotel. May be will try somewhere else next time.

Good clean hotel with comfy beds. The breakfast is always good and plentiful. The coffee is star bucks which is a nice touch. I have stayed here a few times over the past year and I always have a great rest and sleep here.

The breakfast is very good with plenty of choices. Rooms are clean and bed/pillows are comfortable.
