The overall conditions of the hotel is very good including cleanliness, food,decoration and service. The only drawback is the hotel is a bit remote, it is inconvenient if you do not drive.

It's excellent new facilities in the quiet mountain side area. It's modern fusion type of Ryokan.

A lovely and quiet place for relaxation. Staffs were very kind and courteous. Note - not a walking distance from Yufuin bus station. I would recommend walking Yunotsubo Street to Seven Eleven convenient store doing some site-seeing, shopping (and grocery shoppings) and take a taxi to the Ryokan. Taxi fare was about 700 yen each way.

The bed and the pillow are the best so far with my hotel experience. The tea diffuser is just so refreshing.

Nice Ryokan with private onsen. Food was good.

I travelled Japan dozen times. It was the best experience that I did ever. Wonderful breakfast and dinner and Japaness modern style villa. I would like to say you must choose Kinmonco if you plan to travel Japan. Just one thing of my room condition was not good. Smells on the low floor.

今月のCREAに掲載されています。 金門坑。さんに宿泊する為に湯布院へ来ました。私の国内宿の間違いなくトップ3に入ります。今回、離れの「空」でゆっくりと家族で過ごすことが出来ました。 食事も温泉も素晴らしいです。幸福度の高い旅となりました。

サービスや設備の充実、周辺環境の美しさは当然ながら スタッフの方の細部まで行き届いた心遣いが宿泊料金以上の満足感を得ることができました。様々なケースへの接客対応の経験をお持ちなのだな、と思わされるシーンがたくさんあり、感激しております。

夫婦+ペットで離れのお部屋に宿泊させていただきました。お部屋、料理、スタッフのみなさんのホスピタリティ全てが素晴らしく、心から行って良かったと思えました。是非また行きたいと思える場所です。

ワンフロアの部屋はいっぱいでしたので、メゾネットタイプで残念でした。 チェックアウトした後、部屋のティッシュの箱がなくなり、お持ちになりませんかと電話がありました。 チェックインの前にセット確認していたのでしょうか？ 楽しい旅行が気分が悪くなりました。 その後、何の連絡もありません。 二度と宿泊したくありません。

굉장히 만족한 여행이였음. 특히 가족탕이 좋았으며 침대가 매우 푹신하여 좋았음.
