I was there for a 30 years schoolmate gathering. Overall hotel cleanliness are great and room are comfortable with silent environment at 3rd floor. Many choice of food during buffer dinner and taste well overall acceptable. Personally, I like the grill section, especially the grill fish. All hotel staffs are friendly with good smiling face. It was my unexpected kind of hotel service in small town like Bintulu. The service standard are far higher than their star.
