Excellent location in old town Palma

Guter Standort, sehr schönes Hotel, wenig Zimmer und damit sehr angenehm. Wir haben eine hohe Etage gewünscht und den obersten Stock erhalten. Sehr freundliches Personal.

You couldn't ask for a better location, perfectly positioned in easy walking distance between a popular upscale shopping district, central plaza, and a more popular modestly priced district, as well as other attractions. We only needed a cab for the airport. The buffet breakfast had everything you could want. My only comment is about our room's temperature control, which wouldn't allow you to sustain a lower sleeping setting before going back up to normal room temperature. I mentioned it to staff and their comment was that it was affected by ocean humidity.

The hotel is in excellent location, very stylish. The biggest asset are their staff who are so incredibly friendly and helpful. Room sadly has literally no view as it looks out on a next building wall but I guess this happens when you that central. I was impressed with how comfy the bed was. There’s a rooftop on 4th floor with fantastic views and great small spa area which you reserve for an hour for private use. Overall great stay!

Der Empfang bei der Anreise war grandios: nach einem herzlichen Empfang mit Cava bekamen wir ausführliche Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen von Dani, dem Rezeptionisten, die wir zum großen Teil umgesetzt haben. Insgesamt ist die gesamte Belegschaft des Hotels sehr bemüht, den Gästen einen erholsamen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Das Zimmer war groß, aber etwas dunkel, was inmitten der Altstadt durch die eng zusammenstehenden Häuser normal ist. Trotzdem bekamen wir auf unser Bitten hin ein anderes, helleres Zimmer in einer höheren Etage. Leider gab es hier leichte Geruchs- und Geräuschprobleme, die während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gelöst werden konnten, obwohl alle sehr bemüht waren. Genossen habe ich jeden Morgen vor dem Frühstück das Bad im Pool. Er ist winzig, muss deswegen auch reserviert werden, aber für Wassergymnastik und einige Züge durchaus geeignet. Dieses private Vergnügen war Luxus pur. Das Frühstück war der Klasse des Hotels entsprechend gut.
