交通方便，前方就有電車站，住宿設施齊全，但洗衣機及乾衣機沒有清潔好，有污積，住了8天，日用品供應不足夠，要打電話要求供應，床單不是那麼乾淨，不過大致也可以，空間比較大，可以推薦

距離辦事的地方很近，旺中帶靜，下次還會入住，會推薦給朋友。

很乾淨很舒服很寬敞的一間公寓，我們抵達時房東Govett已經在門口等候我們，人很親切，服務很好。走路到Free Tram Zone也算近(約8分鐘)，離維多利亞市場、超市也很近，若有時間，非常推薦從公寓漫步穿越royal park到zoo。

這是大樓內的公寓。需電話聯絡管理人員拿鑰匙。管理人員非常客氣，提前讓我們在一點鐘左右入住。房裡有全套廚具可開伙，有冰箱、洗衣機與烘衣機，並附有一包洗劑。同時也備有毛巾、浴巾、沐浴用品可供使用。電視55吋，沙發很舒服，無線網路速度也快。我住九樓可眺望城市夜景。聽說有大樓的健身房與游泳池可供使用，不過沒空去，沒辦法評論。總之，很舒服的住宿，超值。

Location is OK, not really good, Metro Supermarket is in front of it, that is very good for family. If you go from southen cross sta. you may need walk around 15mins, for return you can take Tram#12. At night, these are many young people party near by, and it closed the Grown Casino.

Very good location, walking distance to queen Victoria market. Just next to free tram zone and you can go to most touristic spots by tram. The room is clean and tidy, equipped with cooking facilities. It is not hotel and there is no clean up service everyday. While we stayed for a week, landlord arranged amenities refill for us. Overall experience is very good and definitely will stay again

干净，空间大，方便

I had travelled for tests at the royal Melbourne hospital and they were amazing about letting us book in early and book out late as i wasnt sure how i would be feeling after the tests. They were very accommodating and kind. Will absolutely be booking again when my next tests are booked in.

Great for staying close to the Royal Melbourne Hospital and the kitchen makes it easy for eating in.

Pool not available

The setting is wonderfully peaceful, and the room feels sleek, modern, and impeccably clean. The pool area is easily my favorite place to relax and spend quality time with my family.

Great location especially if your attending the hospital from the regions

Has everything you need for a short stay. Only thing I didn't like was the shower water pressure was a bit low but that's probably a building issue.

Small eateries below the apartment. The place is clean and well equipped.
