Very good location in Westwood. The building is kept up and in good condition. The hot tub was broken and being repaired while we were there but things happen.

It was near impossibke to check in at the location at 4pm. No one on site. No directions on who to contact at site....all done through codes in email... good luck if you don’t have s service on your phone. Then the room was a disaster at 4pm and I could not check in till 6pm while the maid tried to clean it up. Then I noticed a hidden $125 cleaning fee attached to my bill. I complain and the owner promised to refund the cleaning fee .. and he never did. Also the sink and shower leaked, the wi-fi and cable tv did not work, half the outlets were non functional .. and the sink was backed up. And the hot tub was filthy. Gross place. And a rip off.

The property did not have extra towels to not have extra sheets did not have no dishwashing soap there was no place to do laundry and the hot tub in my building was not working

I liked the property and it’s proximity to UCLA with a good amount of serenity. I was a bit shocked with the poor quality of floor evenness whereby it got me dizzy being jet lagged first few days.

The master en-suite washroom wasn’t as clean. Walls had hair and it could have been cleaned better. Broken closet sliding door. Overall great location

Great location and nice space right in the heart of Westwood and UCLA

Great location. Beds were very noisy and uncomfortable. Wifi and TV were not working.

The apt had an oven with no potholders, spatula or cookie sheets to even put anything in the oven. There were only 3 coffee cups. No wine opener. There were no dish clothes or dish towels. The beds had no mattress covers and only a bottom sheet. So the bed spread was the top sheet, which may or may not have been cleaned.

Very nice apartment with a very nice area, much better than any hotel around.

L'arrivée a été difficile car personne pour nous expliquer quel est l'appartement? En plus ce n'etait pas le bon immeuble. Aucune indication, à part un mail pour nous dire qu'il fallait appeler pour savoir ou etait ma chambre. Heuresement qu'on avait un telephone et qu'une dame nous a aider.

Good location, nice people, no sheets for the roll away, and no extra towels or blankets. The extra fees added were more than the price of the room.

DO NOT BOOK. This was by far THE WORST travel accommodation that I have ever booked. It felt like college student had just moved out and they were not expecting us as guests. We left the apartment and stayed at a hotel nearby. 1. The place was disgusting. Dirty sheets, cabinets, floors, kitchen silverware and counter tops. 2. No soap in the bathroom shower or hand soap. 3. Minimal lighting as most lamps lacked light bulbs. 4. Terrible check in process. When we called to confirm our reservation, it sounded like the company was run out of someone's garage. A college student met us at the apartment at 4pm with no option to check in early. 5. We reserved a Queen bed and there were 2 twin beds when we got there. The representative at the company cleared lied to us saying the tenant from the night prior broke the bed and they replaced it with 2 twins that we could push together. 5. The 'full kitchen' did not include pots, pans, or any other cooking utensils. We bought groceries to cook that went to waste. When we paid almost $300 for the place, we were excited for a relaxing night in the apartment. This company is a total joke and you should spend your money elsewhere.

Apartment had not been checked out by management before we arrived. Light bulbs out in both bedrooms, no batteries in the TV remote, television screen did not work properly and had to be replaced when we arrived. The appartment was not fully cleaned. It needed vacuuming and the kitchen appliances were dirty.

Location was conviniant , easy to find. Parking was ok but only one space available.

Needs to do a better job at cleaning and providing proper care of beds that are not broken.

Everything was good but the showers. The shower water temperature would fluctuate. Besides that everything was great

시설 및 주변은 전반적으로 좋았으나, 키를 2묶음이나 가지고 다니는 것은 다소 불편한 일이었다. chick-in이 4PM이후로 다소 늦은감이 있다.

The location was good, close to the freeway and felt safe.

It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It took me an hour and a half to receive the keys. One thing I would recommend is better pillows. They were very flat. Not all the outlet seemed to work and some of the lights were plugged in to an extension cord instead of the wall and the nob on the light was missing so I had to turn the light off by clicking the switch on the extension cord. They did not have cable which I am use to using, they did have Sling which I did not like using.
