Staff very friendly and help me to keep my baby's food in the hotel refrigerator. Although booking at voucher said no breakfast include but the hotel give meal voucher RM5 per person. Value for money

Room was nice. Clean. Quiet. Parking is available. Got free coupons for cafe next door.

Their had power cuts for 3 hours from 4am to 7am without even letting know the occupants. When I called the reception, they asked me back whether am I experiencing a power cut? other than that, everything else, satisfactory.

The hotel is still a brand-new and nicely clean. It is a boutique type of hotel but you can still enjoy the green hilly scenery and local villages areas. During fruit season, for those who love exotic local fruits, this town will definitely a must-visit place. The front-desk staff was professional and helpful. Good location, just one kilometer from downtown. Near to Lemang Toki. The only bad thing is noisy, can clearly hear people walking, talking and going into room at night.
