环境优雅，就是位置有点偏，工作人员都不错

The room was spotless, my family felt very safe. The front office staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful with directions to the nearest mall. I would have given it 5 stars but the pool was being worked on and my granddaughters wanted to swim. Other than that, everything was well kept.

The room did not have all the utensils in the kitchen

It was a pleasant surprise. The staff is very attentive and efficient. The restaurant on the premises was excellent.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado si te vas a mover sin carro en llano grande. Comodo, seguro, limpio y con un muy buen restaurante de carnes en el lobby.

Hallway carpet stain and had trash on them need spit cleaned and daily vacuum No internet for 4 nights my husband ou had to pay our phone carrier almost $100 to use our phone and internet. Every day I went to the office I was told they were working on the internet at the end I was told someone would reimburse me for the inconvenience. At checkout I was given a card to contact someone.

Its was a perfect hotel for a View and near shopping plaza

Amazing services and the restaurants is the best of the best

We stayed one night since we had an early flight. The stuff was attentive, the room and overall hotel was clean and comfortable. It was quiet. They had transportation arranged for us at 4:30 am which was very convenient.

Quiet area.

Hotel con buenas instalaciones, modernas. Bien ubicado, excelente servicio. Solo encontramos el baño un poco sucio y un problema con la TV que fue solucionado rápidamente.
